I love seeing your Hoyas and I never mind you talking about random stuff. You are always highly entertaining and your videos are always some of my favorites.
Love WPWednesday! You should ask for any questions and answer whatever you want during chores. It would be like chatting and doing chores with a friend 😊
I would listen to you talk about anything while doing plant chores. I like when you randomly talk about music or TV shows etc... It breaks up the repetitive nature of most plant chore videos. As for the gloves, I already knew why but last week when you were touching the beneficial bugs to see if there were any alive and didn't have gloves on?! 😂. Love your Hoyas and mine have done so much better since I started taking care of them using tips I learned from you. ❤
LOVE hearing about how you are, whats going on, whatcha baking 😉 Whatever you want to share is appreciated 💚🌱 can I ask how to plant my hoya liniaris that has roots along the stem? Its a cutting but its rooted all along the stem
Hi Kevin!! I love your Hoyas!! I wouldn’t mind you doing vlog mas. I love seeing your 🥧 pie.! So delicious and I just bought a label maker too! I always forget when I propagate. ❤
In general plant care routine type of videos I do usually expect people to chitchat and share non-planty life updates, rants or stories and that sort of stuff. It's fine and can be very cozy and comforting, although I do like people also narrating what they are doing step by step and why. I've learned to tell apart those type of often longer form and low edit "chores" videos from more in-depth plant care or introduction type of videos with more structured editing and sections. If I'm looking for specific info it can be frustrating to find something that says it's about this thing I was looking for, like a specific species or troubleshoot, but then ends up not going into the details or reasonings all that much. So yeah, I don't mind non-planty stuff in videos like these. As long as I can tell it's more of a doing chores together sort of thing and I still get to learn about why someone's doing what they're doing😄 Oh and i'm editing right away just to add a couple things haha. I fully get that it can be repetative to repeat the same general tips, and yes, it can be if you're someone who's binged like 10 channels already. But a beginner might just as well come accross the latest video, and at least directing people to where something was discussed instead of explaining it all over can be usefull. And, for that someone fully loaded with that basic info the very specific small issues or problem solving can be just as usefull. Just seeing the exact plant in a certain stage can be helpful to understand a certain plant and how it behaves. At times I just find myself going "Okay, yeas I've learned that, _byt why or how?_ " 😂 These more casual videos can sometimes give an answer to those questions when you see the theoretical knowledge applied in practice. Another thing I appreciate in more relaxed videos is if I can find a plant that has been discussed at another point having updates in another video. For example propagation videos without included updates for which I can't find updates on the channel in question are - and this is nothing personal - useless to me😅 It's simply because for me just going "and this is how you're supposed to continue from this point on and something should start happening in an amount of time" means nothing to me. If I can't see it demonstrated I'm probably not going to try, it's too abstract and I hate not being able to expect an outcome for the process. Oops sorry for the rant, your question just got me reflecting what I tend to expect from channels like yours and the many different reasons I watch any different kinds of videos.
So wait! Question! Does that black speckling on the leaves happen from overwatering or inconsistent watering? Or underwatering? I think watering hoya is so confusing! 😢
Howdy 🤠 Totally want to say I appreciate these Hoya videos I not only have added to my wishlist (loveee) but I learned so much and bettered my Hoya care. Much appreciated 🥳 ooooh Kim Petra’s is amazing lucky you went, I went to the Kesha concert loveeeeeee her.
Have you talked with your dr about you eczema? Maybe there’s a new medicine. I see commercials here in the states about all the new meds for skin issues. Just sending good wishes.
Poor Kevin. You may need a hazmat suit between the eczema and the Hoya sap on your clothes. Maybe just a sexy handyman jumpsuit. Also I’m happy to hear whatever is on your mind! I just watch these videos to distract me from my own problems so I’m up for whatever!
Kevinnnnn...you must do trigger warnings before you cut off parts of your plants and throw them awaaayyy. When you thew that Polyneura cutting in the trash I felt my heart skip a beat😮
My crimson queen is putting out all white leaves. I cut back to just above the last green and white leaves. It’s got 6 new leaves coming in and they are pink but look like they will be all white. Amy ideas? Should I cut back behind the last green and white leaf? Before or after that’s my question.
I’m sure most everyone here would love to hear about whatever you feel like chatting about 💖
I will never get tired of seeing your hoyas! So pretty!!
Aw thank youuuu!!! 🥹🥹

Love the title. Love labelling it plant care as opposed to plant chores. the word chores is giving me anxiety. LMAO
Always want the hoya videos
New Guinea ghost is beautiful
Get sick of your Hoyas? Never!
Yeah the date would all you need because you know the plant.
okay I'm here lol 😂🎉
YAAASS
Hello Kevin! Do you use a different colored light (e.g red/blue) to promote rooting for your props? Again another great video!!! Thank you!!
Hoya lovers yay. Is there is reason for choosing Pon over Leca? I want your Hoyas. Lol
Omg. Where did you get that gorgeous Hoya polyneura? Im brandnew to Hoyas & becoming obsessed .
Have you talked with your dr about you eczema? Maybe there’s a new medicine. I see commercials here in the states about all the new meds for skin issues. Just sending good wishes.

Your New Guinea ghost leaves look much wider than mine and prettier

How do you use the clips with those gloves. F sad onetime so can barely hold them in my hands without gloves.

why do you like to cut down to one leaf for the props? loveeeeeeee all your plants ❤️🤭❤️❤️
I can’t get my Bella to bloom. Any ideas? It’s got it’s own grow light.
❤
What is your soil mixture? Rocks?

You seem very tired.
Yeah, you can talk about different stuff.
Just avoid "Triggering Topics" like politics, religion, gender, war, race, etc.
Oh of course 💚 thaaanksss ☺️
You just talk away Kevin!
