I had almost a mental breakdown in my late 20s because I was so miserable in my career after achieving so much academically and doing all the "right things." currently in my rahu dasha and what you said about a death bringing on the shift to home life is so true. my grandfather died within the first few years of the dasha and it was like a relief for our family, he was a tyrant. now home doesn't have such a negative connotation for me anymore and i'm a lot more relaxed about spending time with my family. i used to hate to go to my grandmother's house because he would make everyone feel so uncomfortable with his negative and spiteful energy. now that he's gone i feel a lil more secure knowing that i have a second home i can go to if need be. i have been considering going out there and spending more time with my grandmother now but it's a work in progress as i'm still getting over all the negative feelings i have about that home.

I have this placement. Although I haven’t changed many jobs but I did have a breakdown thanks to toxic narcissist boss of 5 years I quit even though I am brilliant at my work and a top performer. I have a complicated love and hate relationship with my mother. There are days when I feel like cutting off from her and then days I feel sorry for her. Saturn ketu can be good as long as you go towards the Rahu. Saturn causes issues when you try to go back to ketu.
