What a Terrific and Great video. I loved this video and the openness of your sharing with the suggestions for other crocheters who go to markets and make amigruimi's. I really appreciate your prices. It seems a lot of crocheters are afraid to show their price's and aren't into sharing the real costs of having a booth at a market and how much is sold, what a terrific day at a market looks like or feels like. I so appreciate you letting us all in on your fantastic day. I'm so glad it was wonderful and an almost perfect day for a market. Congratulations. I look forward to your next prep day and market. TYSM.
So so, so happy for your success at your market I have one tip to share regarding the weighted bags. I did my first with sand and then I realized that Gatorade bottles full of water work just as well. And they also are easier to handle and deal with. Finally it’s eco-friendly so win-win! Loved this video style. Tfs ❤Jean
I just came across your video and I am glad I did. I really like your format of the video. I also like the simplicity of your both. I have first crochet market Saturday and I am trying not to stress. I was indeed crocheting and it was baby hat the I successfully finished while viewing the video.
Do you know how hard it is to watch while working? 😂 I don't like missing the participation of your plushies so I had to watch again to catch their comments. I love your videos so much and enjoyed the market footage!
congrats on a successful market. love all the comments from the gallery, you are so creative with that. i really like the humor they give to the videos and its SUPER original. i also like the style of video but i usually watch everything you put out so just do what makes you happy. i am working on petra the protector by crochet with kelsea in yellow. wishing you continued luck
Congrats on another successful market!!🎉 How incredible that your jumbo horse kicked off the sales for the day! 😁 I was indeed crocheting while watching, I'm currently making a Jumbo Dragon! 🔥
I'm so glad your market went great!! I was working on a granny stripe shawl while I watched! I'm hoping it will be nice decorations for my next market (&hopefully it sells lol)
Thats so great! I love it when we have a good market day. I was feeling so down on myself for making 20 bucks for my last swap meet of the season. Then we went to the bakery that stocks a bunch of my toys. I had had my best week ever there. Its just funny how things work out. Im doing a pumpkin patch on Sunday. Planning to try out a new deal with my $5 items. Doing a Buy 3 get 1 Free. I think it will help push sales up a bit. Cider festival sounds cute! We have strawberry festivals where I live
Hahaha me too! I was editing it and I thought, huh, I’m saying there’s no Dino drama and my lone triceratops is literally hovering above me in the background 😂
Thank you so much for the idea of the ghost with a pumpkin on its head! I loved it so much that I made by own knitting pattern for it to bring to my first market this past weekend. I only made four since I wasn't sure if they would sell, but they were gone before 10:30am on the first day! I made six more the next day and sold out again. The funny thing is, I also made regular ghosts with no pumpkins and people barely looked at them, but once I popped a pumpkin on top people were basically doing the "take my money" meme! I'm really enjoying your content so far and hope your next market is even more successful. Rock on! :)
Oh my God I love this video it was so good I love all your stuff that you sold in oh my God I am blown away loaf dogs get out of town I recently had a market just this past weekend and I cleaned the house I sold so much I was blown away like it made me want to like Vlog it and just share with everybody but I don't do that but if I did I would still do that oh my God I just literally sold everything I really really am so inspired when I watch your videos they are so happy and upbeat you're one of my favorite crocheter Market friendly people that I watch thank you so much
Loved the vid; and the tips were super helpful!!! Thanks 😁 And as for what I was crocheting, I was making a tote bag for my aunt’s Christmas present :)
You inspired me to officially start my plushie/etsy journey! I’ve always wanted to do it but felt like I didn’t know how to start off what to do. But your videos have helped me soooo much! I have my 1st market mid-November and I’m super nervous!😬😂And I’m opening my Etsy shop beginning November! Wish me luck! 🍀🤞🏼
I LOVE Annie's loaf dog pattern! I have a husky and a golden retreiver made so far! I totally need to make more before my next market. I think I'm honestly over prepped at this point, but I have so much yarn, and 5 markets almost back-to-back. (Like...every other weekend. 😅) Ive been all over the place with what I'm making while also trying to focus on halloween stuff. 🤣 I did go to little crochet farms website and have made the sketon cat so far! The mummy cat is next up. 😊 That video you did was wonderful, and super helpful! Im so glad you made it, as I now have some more adorable cats to add to my table. 😊
Amazing video as always and congrats on a successful market. I absolutely love the goat and might have to get that pattern! For the German shepherds (one of my favorite breeds) I would recommend “The Crochet Carpenter” for a little more detailed pattern if you are interested. I have multiple of his patterns and they work up amazingly.
Haha thank you! It just means you can only use two fingers to touch something, so it prevents items from being picked up, moved around, dropped, and squished (hopefully) 😂
I personally don't limit how people touch my plushies... I find that it helps with sales when people can touch my plushies... thankfully i haven't had any issues
I’m so glad you haven’t had issues! I hadn’t either until this market, unfortunately there were several times food particles from hands were getting on them and they had to be cleaned. Thankfully it all came off!
I personally have had some issues ESPECIALLY with sticky hands and colored drinks. I thank the Lord that you haven't had issues but I try to either offer wet wipes/baby wipes to people when I notice icky hands or just ask that people look with their eyes not their hands (a lot of parents do that in my booth)
Thank you!! I free handed that, but if you make a MR, and make rounds of increases so you get a circle, FO, then make another and slip stitch those two together, stuff before closing. Then click on the link I have below for the sunflower petal tutorial in the description and use that to make the petals! If you do that you should get something similar!! (I hope this was clear😆)
Great video! I love your sweet manner 😊. I have one question, how much do you sell the watermelon, pineapple, and kiwi keychains?? I’m not sure if they are part of your fruit basket.
You know you have to subtract your supplies cost and your time along with the booth fee and transaction fees from your total to get what you actually made right? lol I notice no one does this in these market videos. Love the witch loaf cats!
I mentioned that later in the video, I’ve built up my yarn for so long I can’t even begin to get into that math so to keep it simple I say the number minus fees and before tax 😊
Yes, I mention that! I keep an extensive spreadsheet for tax reasons, but it’s nearly impossible for me to figure out actually how much yarn I used for each item and the cost at this specific market, so I just keep it simple for these videos 😆
Always love watching your videos and catching up with the market sales🧶 I love the mint green blue Dragon ahh wish I could buy it🤍 Looking forward for the next market prep video🪷
I love the video format. It was really great. Congrats on the great market. 🎉 I am currently doing a pattern test for a Teddy Bear Lovey. I will tag you on Instagram when I'm done so you can see it. Hoping all is well and hugs from S Florida.❤
Morgan, you know why the oranges almost sold out? PEOPLE THOUGHT THEY WERE PUMPKINS!!! They do look like pumpkins, though 😊
Omg I didn’t even realize until you guys said that!!😆
@@allezcrochet lol yeah but that's probably why they sold out ☺️
Yep, I thought the same thing!
You are one of the only ones I can't wait to watch! Congratulations on you're market. You are such a genuinely nice person and I love your creations.
Omg thank you so much!!!💛💛 you are so sweet, thank you for watching!😊
Great video, I’m was making mini chickens during your video🧶
The commentary with your plushies is my most favorite part of the videos! They make me laugh!
Hahaha they say thank you😆
Congratulations on your successful market! Your creations are amazing! I just love your Halloween plushies,,,, that mummy cat is the cutest!
Aww thank you so much!!😊 the mummy cat was so fun to make!
✌🏻 The two finger touch rule is great! Respect the art.

That’s such a good idea!! I used stones instead of sand for the same reason! I’m worried it’ll spill everywhere!😆
Congrats on such a great market! Those kitty Halloween plushies are so cute! I was crocheting a little ghostie while watching.
Thank you so much!! That sounds adorable!
I love the colour of the green sunflower turtle.

Alez Crochet do you think you can share how you did the sunflower on the tail of the dragon please 🤞❤️❤️
Someone else asked that in these comments and I tried explaining as best I could! Maybe I’ll have to film a little segment on how I did it!
I was crocheting envy from inside out for my sister as a birthday gift 💝
That’s so cool!!

I wonder if the oranges sold, because people might have thought they were pumpkins. 🙂
Omg maybe!!
Crocheting a square basket!! Thanks for the video!
I’ve seen some ladies have their husband walk around and pretend to shop. Maybe it will help with mushy pops. Keep post great videos. I love them. ❤

Can you make a video of you crocheted the eyes? 😊
If you search embroidered eye tutorial in RUclips there’s a bunch of options, that’s how I learned!

Haha thank you! It just means you can only use two fingers to touch something, so it prevents items from being picked up, moved around, dropped, and squished (hopefully) 😂

I was crocheting chickens ❤❤❤
I think you joked you were going to keep adding things to the heart til it sells?
I vote add legs/feet next 😁
OMG I forgot about that 😂 that would be so funny!!
Love that jumbo horse! What was your price?
He was $65! I discounted him some cause I wanted to move him 😆
Your oranges could pass as pumpkins so maybe that’s why so many sold?
I thought the same thing!!
That totally could be! I didn’t even think of that!
How much does your goat cost? It is adorable!

What did you price the dragons at?
They were 45, the one with the sunflower was 50 (the other two sold on my Etsy this week!)
