I watched a few small businesses at events and conventions and this is the first video of someone just recording their transactions and I quite enjoy it! So sad that someone blatantly tried to steal your hard work, but it was also so amazing to see your biggest supporter arrive right after that. You have such great customer service and is doing such an great job! Watching your video I have learned many new things that I could use if I were to start my own small business. A tip for next time, since you have a lot of glass cups that you sell, I would say rip your blue paper packaging and have a few already ready on the side so you can wrap right away when you need. Maybe ready up some boxes as well. This will save a few seconds of your time~ Also, I would say have one of each of a different size of your plushies that you put in a bucket or bubble hanging for display across the front of your booth. This may help attract customers and show customers where you are at. I love your vibe and energy! You are amazing and I learned a lot!

Then, you can have these testimonies (the positive ones... lol) to use as leverage with the event coordinators as to the placement if your booth for each event.
