Ironic how the only one to love and care for Lucifer at the end.....was his vessel....a human
Lucifer_the_Saint exactly, which makes me cry
so funny u say that!! but its true. crazy
Well Lucífer was possessing Nick for thousands of years since time works different in Hell. I’d assume they’d become attached. And Lucífer also has a habit of corrupting souls he is in contact with for extended periods of time.

I actually felt it hit in my heart when Lucifer explained how despite spending some bonding time that he always wanted with his father, that none of it mattered in the end, because his father was willing to do anything just to get what he himself wanted and then ditched his son for eternity once again.
Lucifer is a bad guy. But you can’t deny that he truly loved his brothers, especially Michael and Gabriel. And of course, Jack. Lucifer’s good qualities, even if there are only a few, made us emphasise with the guy. Imagine being locked up and ignored by your father, being called a cancer by your own brother, and your most cherished brother torture you (literally).

I felt bad for Lucifer being left behind, but I'm not mad at poor Sam.
@@TravelersGarden_dgdr you’re right, i never looked at it like that

As someone who´s never watched the show, and after watching some videos in this channel... gotta say it took me a little to guess that supernatural characters could switch bodies, also that thing of the second Michael (who looks more threatning and evil than the actual Luci) still confuses me but in some vids I´ll find out
Lucifer had a bad home life and is attempting to connect with his son, only to be discouraged and literally tortured by his old abusers when they reenter his life. Also Gabriel dies far too often and he's probably the younger brother.

13:21 This scene was the saddest for me. They loved each other and don't want to kill each other but had to. As soon as he "kills" Gabriel, he regretted it instantly. He was genuinely serious before he stabbed him and the lowering of his voice just made it sadder
I actually disagree with Gabriel and most of what they say about Lucifer.
Yes, he is evil. But he was forced into it. He was manipulated and never got the true opportunity to change because God never truly wanted him to.
He is the victim of what God wanted him to be. Not that I’m saying he was a good person at all, he prolly was before everything. But it’s not his fault.

Lucifer is not evil, he is broken
Oh hes definitely evil, and broken.
Castiel Chieng welcome to the supernatural fandom! 😂 I agree though
He is definitely broken. He is also narcissistic and evil. I pity him in many ways. I also can't forgive the evil he did, especially to Sam. Nobody forced him to do that, but he did it anyway and gleefully. But yes, he is a pitiful, broken man. And he could do better in the future, but that doesn't mean it's all forgive and forget the last thousands of years. He wants redemption, but purely for his own sake. That's what a narcissist is. He doesn't care about anyone but himself, not really. He craves something to fill the huge, God shaped hole in his existence. He used to think power was that thing, and he has now created this story for himself that he wants to experience love and fatherhood. But this too is merely a means to an end, and ultimately, to more power. He still has a long, LONG way to go before we can talk about true redemption.
Like me and many others
I wonder whos not and why!
This man had the saddest story arc in a series I’ve seen in a long time.. I felt for Lucifer even before the big reveal came to be, and he was telling the truth the entire time about his father. Sad end all be all kicker, is that nobody believed him.
He was smartest because he had to be, being that he was so clever. Game recognize game so manipulative people can smell another manipulative person a mile away.
Friendly reminder that Michael never would have gotten into the Winchester’s world if Sam had just let Lucifer through the portal. Meaning that Dean would have never been possessed and Jack would have never lost his soul and killed Mary and the boys would have had no reason to try and kill him.
Yep exactly, they can all thank Sam for all that follows including Sam himself lol
As i remember, we don't know, what exactly happend to other archangels in apocalyptic world. Michael could re-find the spell and use grace from his brothers, or even his own, to open the breach. So, maybe, it took some more time, but as i think, Michael would never stopped trying to get to our world
Something far worse could've happened if he let Lucifer through.
He's Lucifer after all. He might have been right about God and told the truth mostly from his perspective..but Lucifer was still only looking out for himself.
And that why I'm not a big fan on sam sure he's move was a morally responsibility because he had no idea Lucifer was going to do when he came back but it wasn't the smart move sure Lucifer was still corrupted abit but he was slowly changing he believed in himself alot more at any point in time he could of kill Sam,Dean and cas and took he's son by force but he didn't he wanted to help and show the Winchesters that he's not that bad even tho he did this he did stuff what had nothing to do with him but he still help Michael won't of done that same with the other Angeles old Gabriel would of laugh and ran for the smarties out of the Winchesters Sam was very dum In this season I hate how they turn one of or their best character arcs in the show and turn into a wasted potential
@@johnnymneumonic5868 he is angry
I love his character so much. Mark Pellegrino did such a great job. I read many books before supernatural about Lucifers story. And now that god renamed himself as the worst villain/... of all times. I don't even have to feel guilty.
Idk that's kind of like saying it wasn't Thanos's fault for doing what he did. Lucifer did tempt humanity and started the Apocalypse, killing Innocents in the process
This is so so sad. Imagine being the one who knows what the bigger picture is, who knows the truth. Yet no one believes you and makes you the bad guy. You try so hard to let everyone see that you're actually the good guy and someone else is doing bad, but they just don't see it. They've been told the same wrong story over and over again, so many times they started to believe it and you have no way of proving otherwise. No wonder Lucifer wants to go away and make a universe of his own
That's always the best to have your own took me way to long to understand but I get it. With what time I have left peace or hate
I’ve been there, I’ve been made to be the bad guy in a relationship so I empathize with the character of Lucifer he did what he chose to do and be the bad guy that he is blamed for.
@Bradley james I feel you if NO ONE ELSE DOES
@Bradley james nice Lucifer reference
Yeap that Kind of feeling can really be terrible.
Also it always interested me that Michael acts more like Lucifer than Lucifer, with how he's so willing to kill his brothers like wow!!
Lucifer played with them because there was nothing to kill him or put him in the cage
Lucifer is willing to kill his Brothers also

Awww, the only thing Lucifer ever wanted was to be loved by somebody
And he is loved. By all of us.
Before he died all he wanted was to be with Jack and Lucifer actually loved Jack
@@notnato10 exactly, he just wanted to be a good father, but because he had some unresolved issues of his own, he ended up approaching it in the wrong way, getting frustrated and making some mistakes. And honestly, I feel like he could have been an amazing father
Crowley and Lucifer hate each other because they are so alike. Both were betrayed by their parents, and both just wanted to bring loved. Neither are truly evil, they were just broken people.
It must’ve been even harder for him cause he went from being the most loved by his father one day to being kicked down to hell the next and at that point he must’ve felt no one loved him, father and siblings turned against him 😞 it actually makes me quite sad. What Lucifer needs is to be loved.
I really don't like how the creators messed up his character arch and development. His character began to show growth and he seemed to be on the track to redemption but, once he came back from the other world he didn't seem to care anymore and everything that had built up about him changing was broken. I really feel that if that kept things going there could have been a great story there. His death was soo mediocre. He's the prince of Hell, he should have been harder to kill. Also, if he was alive he could aid in helping to stop God for the last season now that would of been an interesting turn of events. One of the most hard-hitting moments for me was when Lucifer was genuinely conflicted with everything that came to pass. He wanted to change and he was on his way to. But, Gabriel his own brother who was an outcast himself didn't even believe in him. He didn't have his father and now he didn't have his brother. You could tell that really cut him deep.
And when he was the rockstar and you could see how much pain he was in and how it consumed him and made him feel soo hopeless. That's something that we can all relate to and it's just soo sad to see that it can affect anyone and anything. Okay, this is the end of my rant lol.
god was mad when lucifer point out the flaw in his creation, and instead of fixing that flaw, god locked him away

The one that hit the most was when he was in the singer's body.
Brilliant acting on his part (he's a singer in real life if you didn't know) and I must say, it really feels as though he was betrayed and broken multiple times.
Agreed
I would that Mark Pellegrino will coming back as Lucifer in season 15 he is the best for this character .
The music really added to these scenes
Cool Name what song is it?
Josh Lippi & The Overtimers - St. Francis
Is it possible that Lucifer is only evil because God wrote him to be that way? In the DC comics, Lucifer even says he feels like he has no free will and that God is somehow controlling him, so... what if God really is controlling Lucifer to be evil all for the story? because after all, every good story needs a villain, and Lucifer was supposed to be just that. I think it would be cool if after God is dealt with, Lucifer returns but with blue eyes instead of his usual red eyes.
Or God made his it his destiny, seeing how that fucked up he gave humans free will.
Well according to believers he controls everything so I mean
but Lucifer has blue eyes too, we can see it when he uses his archangelic powers (for example when he heal himself after getting portion of acid in his face)
He actually said back in season 11 that he was made to hold the mark of cain by chuck which changed him.. then it was chuck that said he was always this way. He was a boy who wanted to be loved by his father but no matter what he couldn’t live up to his father because his father generally never cared enough. He may have at one point but he’s always wanted power more. In the end I always wanted lucifer to get justice and I just hope Michael will do that for his brother just like Dean would for Sam. A full circle for this long but phenomenal journey we call Supernatural.
@@darkpartizan his eyes were still red in that scene. the white glow during the healing makes it look like his eyes are white or pale blue.
The thing is during the 1 on 1 with Chuck Lucifer WANTS to believe chuck. He wants to have his dad back but even then you can see he knows that Chuck is just playing on his emotions
Mark is a brilliant actor. Absolutely brilliant. They all are though, I’ve lost count how many of them have moved me to tears.
The speech at 8:55 was by far one of the best one's he's given. He was right. He was always right. :'(
When Gabriel said
“You corrupted the humans” for some reason it hits so deep and hard on my heart because he is trying to get forgiveness from us but it's too late
I cannot believe i just cried over the devil. Mark plays him with such coviction and he is such a beautifully twisted character
"Damn right they're flawed but a lot of them try to do better, to forgive"
It's funny how the quote ended up fitting Lucifer so well in the end. Despite all the bad things that happened to him and all the bad things he made it happen, you could see there was still some light inside.
Maybe he'd never be good, i can't see him being good (he'd be like kinda an anti-hero perhaps) but he could be better and he got better, until the rug got pulled away from his feet and he fell again.
After falling and cracking so many times, the day when you break is inevitable and if there's no one to pick up the pieces and glue them in, then you're finally done for it.
9:44 Lucifer tells truth
"Damn right they' re flawed. But alot of them try to do better... To forgive"

Tbh he is one of the characters that I actually really felt for and relate to in the series, another was Crowley. I get Dean, Sam and Cas are all great characters with many unforgettable lines and emotional moments, but idk, I don't really relate to them as much.
I can see why they deleted that scene. Makes Luci too sympathetic.
You dont want to sympathize withhim, you want to feel pity
For him
Where can I find the full deleted scene? I want to share it to my Facebook so bad.
Which scene?
😪 i want lucifer back
He also felt like crap when Jack rejected him, or even when Sam did the same in limbo's cage. Then, we can't forget how he tried to stop the apocalypse at the end of s5 as long michael and him could be brothers again and such, and michael rejected him. How not being angry when the people you love crushes you? He tried more than once to find redemption and they continously pushed him apart. Lucifer and Nick forever in my heart!
It's tragic. Lucifer just wanted to be brothers again but his ideology was so different from other angels that it was never a possibility.
@@johnnymneumonic5868 he pushed his ideology away at the end of s5 when he wanted out the chessboard. Ideologies meant nothing then, it was about being family again.
@@MashuraDi Lucifer was still irredeemable. Proven by him wanting to be daddy's favorite again after an entire lifetime and eternity of knowing Chuck was a douche.
God cast Lucifer out because Lucifer was essentially just like God.
@@johnnymneumonic5868 ... What that has to do with ideologies? That only proves how much he wanted to be loved again. I don't care for the writing anyway after s5, kripke left after that. The other writers literaly destroyed most characters, Lucifer being one of the most affected.
@@MashuraDi While I agree that the writing after Season 5 became garbage, my point is that Lucifer is not a sympathetic character.
God hurt his feelings, so he spends his entire life turning people against God and rebelling, allthewhile knowing just how mean and evil God is..only for him to join forces with God at the very end.
Lucifer had a lot of angelic power, yes. But that's literally it.
When you realize that Lucifer was right about the God since the start.
Gosh these scenes always remind how spectacular Mark is at playing this role. Awesome
One of the most powerful people that actually were more human than your think, lucifer
Seeing that tear roll down when Gabriel said it was too late for him killed me
I really felt like what Gabriel said to him was far too harsh. Any hope that Lucy could have turned out half-way decent were shattered at that moment. He should've known better. People that want to change need encouragement to do so, not throwing their past mistakes in their face over and over again and telling them that they never gonna change anyways because then, why would they change. For what?
Not really. Gabriel told him what he needed to hear: That he should stop blaming everybody for his miseries and start taking responsibility for his actions.
My fav character after Castiel.I really believed hes gonna come back when he woke up in empty but it was a bait...Why did they do that :(
There’s still a chance that he’ll come back some time in season 15.
Yeah he's awake now so theres gonna be a chance to come back
I believe he will be back sooner or later.
I believe he will help the empty aka the true God, escape and kill Chuck. Hear me out here, what if Chuck was jealous of God and figured out a way to lock him up the same way they did the darkness. Now Chuck is powerful we know that, but if he was truly God why would he be afraid of a nephalim? Jack said a few words and caused the earth to stop lying. Couldnt the true God handle him easier as hes the creator of life. Ok now hear me out even more, if Chuck was the true God, why does he constantly lie for his own enjoyment? For the Winchester gospel? No.. I feel as if he does have major power but his not omniscient. A bullet hurt Chuck and caused him to become weak for a period. A true God can just undo the curse or whatever. Chuck is the bbeg. But what if God is the darkness and has been sealed shut for so long he forgot who he was. Billie said she would find God and suddenly shes in the empty with the empty and Jack.. that's my long thought of it all. Who knows, maybe I wasted all your time by reading this and turns out Chuck is God God.. idk.. sorry I'll go now
Well chuck made that gun to be able to kill anything
Watching this is showing me the inconsistencies with the character of Lucifer in this show. Backstory and motives.
ESPECIALLY NOW THAT WE HAVE THE FINAL SEASON.
LUCIFER IS BROKEN. Not evil. And if he's evil "GOD" made him that way
Lucifer was a victim of who his father made him out to be and a perfect example of that was his sigh of relief after God apologized for locking him away. His quarrel was never really with humanity but with himself wanting his father to love him. He willingly does everything he can to help beat the darkness, he willingly works alongside the Winchesters and is probably the only time in the series where we see him as a true team player, a true warrior and that he sees himself as someone who is loved and has a purpose. All because his father apologized for hurting him. And all of it gets thrown out the window once he realizes that his father was using him
I'd like to point out that Lucifer wasn't evil by choice, but was corrupted by the Mark of Cain.
The same way dean was corrupted. It’s weird how none of them gained any sympathy for Lucifer after going through all of that with dean and being told that the mark had messed Lucifer up (or at least made him way worse).
Hello Leo, yes Lucifer had a lot of episodes where he cries , some of those made me cry too. I think the real bad guy out of all is Michael (can't cuss) he was no match with Gabriel nor Lucifer. I prefer Lucifer over Michael any time. Well bye Leo much love Christine. 😈💕
Dude Michael barely got time on screen
In the scene where Sam leaves Lucifer to Apocalypse Michael, I thought of something that would have made the scene even better.
As Sam says "How did you think this was gonna end?" Lucifer responds by whimpering on the verge of tears "Sam, please. Don't leave me too, don't be like him." while looking him dead in the eyes.
And Sam would of decked him in the face ..and left. I mean, Dean said yes to a PSYCHO version of Michael just to end Lucifer. They only turned to Lucifer when he was useful to them. :(
9:00 - 10:27 That's the moment when I felt really bad for him because that's exactly what I was thinking too while I was watching that episode.
It feels like the writers FORCED lucifer to be bad at the end
I think he could've been good because of his son
He was one of the best Characters in the Show
Poor Lucifer. All he needed was for someone to find him or at least have faith in him
No. All he needed was to take responsibility for his actions and stop blaming everybody but himself.
Its so sad to know that the always fearless lucifer's greatest fear is to be left alone.
I've seen all the "times this character made us cry" and this is the only one that still does make me cry.
Honestly? The part that hurt me the most was when Sam stayed back and shoved Lucifer back into 'Apocalypse World'. Like.... it *REALLY* seemed like there might be some glimmer of hope for redemption for Lucifer in the events leading up to that. He played along, he helped, he truly seemed to *want* to be better.
But when everyone treats you like a monster....
Well. You might as well just be the monster.
Sam had every right to leave Lucifer behind. Remember that Lucifer is the cause of everything bad that happened to him? The death of Jessica, the death of his mom, torturing him in Hell, trying to coerce him into becoming his vessel....
If Lucifer genuinely wanted to be better, he should start by taking responsibility for his actions.
Damn watching Lucifer cry when Gabriel gave him the talk . 😭💔
People need to acknowledge the fact that evil isn’t born it’s made
That background score brings tears to my eyes. So hauntingly beautiful. Is there any way I can find the instrumental version???
Please if you find the background song can you lmk?? 😅
It might be the zooms, but his delivery of "Broken, flawed, ABORTIONS." will NEVER fail to make me laugh
this showed us that lucifer isn’t the devil that is hated by everyone, he could be beautiful and could redeemed unlike what people say about him
He could actually help bring him back plz
now that we know who is the monster in the end of the book, I actually feel sorry for Lucifer. He was just another puppet of Chuck
Lucifer is far more heinous than Chuck, even though God did more damage. Besides, Lucifer deserves no sympathy for everything he has done across the series, and his love for his brothers and being sad for Gabriel's death that he still had were all shedded. He lost all of the redeeming qualities he still had and became an irredeemable monster, that deserves no sympathy.
That sad music .......it making me sad and cry for Lucyy😢😢
Never before have I loved and hated a character so much at the same time Mark is an amazing actor
The saddest part is that god did do that to him becuase of amara and lucifer is actually one of my favorite characters
Nick saying "Wherever it's darkest, wherever he is..." as he walks away is essentially him just straight up leaving his (dead) wife because he feels incomplete, lost without Lucifer to guide him. When Luci got his original vessel back (Nick), he thanked Crowley. Although it was probably meant as a "Well now I don't have to worry about switching, thanks", I think there was more behind it than just that. I think Luci got attached to Nick eventually too, maybe not to the extent Nick was to him, but attached nonetheless. In the cage, I assume Nick's soul was tied to Luci, like Adam's was with Michael 1's. Maybe while locked away in the cage, Nick and Luci bonded over pain they shared(like Adam and Michael 1 did), Nick having lost his wife and child, and Luci having lost his his entire family, relating to his vessel. So, I think that when Nick was faced with the exact thing he lost, the only comfort he could find was in Lucifer, because he was the only one there for him when that happened to him. When Nick found out that Luci was the one who ordered a demon to kill his family, he refused to believe it, because that's not the Luci he knows, the Luci he had grown close with.
Thanks for reading my annoying Ted Talk lol, have a nice day :>
At the end... I was feeling so bad for lucifer.... I hd come to know that he was so depressed and lonely.... There was no one for him... Specially that... When he was hurt and sam leave him..."what are u doing sam? I am hurt. Please"
Basically Chuck is the one writing, so he's making Lucifer and everybody do this and this, I dont think Lucifer is guilty.
Bruhhh why is lucifer making me emotional 😭
I just recently finished SPN.. We see in s15 god don’t want his hand dirty.. so he want someone else do his dirty job.. and that’s where Lucifer came in to existence.. And the part where Gabriel saying his brother cancer .. and the way he turned his head around in tears.. it brakes my heart
Most evil thing is coming from being a broken shell people... When you are broken its really hard to come back to where you are before....
Crazy 😲 thing is Lucifer was right all along
Holy shit this is deep i haven't even seen the show or thought about lookin at clips but i saw thid in recommended and just said i got to
Lucifer love God so much that all we wants is to be with him. He love him so much, that the Father send him to hell because of jealousy of man. That's really sad.
Whats the name of the soundtrack during the video?
I’ve been searching for so long and have nothing
Josh Lippi & The Overtimers - St. Francis
literally sitting here bawling
Big fan g
Greatest Character
The truly sad part of all this is absolutely noone believes him, that God would be capable of lying to them. That's why Lucifer never bothers to tell anyone that the mark corrupted him. He knows it would be pointless.
Seeing this side of Lucifer makes it hard to grasp that he was actually the bad guy when in reality he was just upset that God abandoned him
Lucy is one of my favorite characters for sure I was really hoping they would’ve gave him a good ending 🤦♂️
He will come back
Amazing thank you for this
The depths of God's betrayal of Lucifer is never more highlighted than in the interaction with Gabriel. Angels can time travel Gabriel could have seen for himself, but all the other Angels were just so blindly devoted to Chuck. Only Chuck, Lucifer and Nick knew the real story.
I feel like even though Chuck used Lucifer as a pawn he liked Lucifer much more then Micheal
@@jakedonoghue3386 Because a narcissist only favours the son who resembles them the most. Lucifer is the son that resembles God the most, both in appearance and personality.
@@jorgebersabe293 Facts where is God now in supernatural dead lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Now that I think about it, I didn’t see barely any angels cry. But him-
which song is that playing? seems familiar but i can not place it :(
What is the sad music that you were playing during the Lucifer scenes. I really like it and would like to know. Also great video, brings out a whole new perspective to Lucifer.

Lucifer was never the villain of the story. He was corrupted by the mark, gone mad and violent, probably confused and scared, betrayed by his father and brothers and locked away in Hell for an eternity. Yes he was the very definition of destruction, doing terrible things for the sake of it and he truly deserved to die in the end. But you can see glimpses of sanity here and there, how he wanted to be loved, to do right by his son. Unfortunately in the end eaons of madness and betrayal took over completely, but if anything he was more a victim then a villain.
Never a villain? Seriously?
We all have our villain side and protagonist side. But saying and concluding he is NEVER a villain, is absurd and desperate opinion
@@chanartdubtv3353 did you read till the end? I'm not saying he was good, I'm not even saying he was redeemable. What I mean is, while the story progresses we see the bigger picture, showing that he was just an other pawn in the hands of his father. In my eyes he is not the villain of the story, Chuck is. But hey, if you think my opinion is absurd and desperate, that's up to you. That's why it's called opinion, it's subjective.
I was expecting Lucifer to lash out at Gabriel like he did anael
This whole "story" - LUCIFER'S STORY - makes me think about (...quite ODDLY ENOUGH!...) ...about TOLKIEN and "Melkor". The only reason Melkor was pissed off at his father - "Iluvatàr" (i.e: "The One Who Brings Light" - I.E: "God himself! ) was because ...HE COULDN'T CREATE LIFE! Melkor couldn't create autonomous, sentient beings! ...so he went for the next best thing! - DOMINATE the life that already exists - either by perverting it, either by creating MOCKERIES out of it. The parallels between the biblical Lucifer and - EVEN MORE - the Lucifer from this series are staggering!
Melkor is Lucifer, Tolkien said that Lotr was our imaginary past
