Them old fellas know the history behind every engine block that got swapped and traded and who bought whos old car with which engine that was traded from,some,other fella. All but most were built by a knowledgable old fart names Billy whom everyone in town knows and respects.
Sure, the GTO was lighter with the fiberglass nose, but the Lemans had that classy muscle with the chrome bumper. The rear view of *_both_* of them were absolutely quintessential "muscle car". You can always put a bigger engine in a Lemans and it's still a Lemans, but if you put a chrome bumper on a GTO, it wouldn't be a GTO anymore! Logic!🤓 Plus a Lemans is like half the price.😆
The car seems very big, and how would you make it hook the road, I really want to know because muscle cars get hated on for not being able to transfer that power to the ground but I love them
Big tires is one way, a lot of muscle cars are leaf spring suspension so you can use traction bars also. For coil over suspension like in the Buick Grand National you can get tougher springs, bigger shocks, and a ladder bar.
