I would lean towards the New Nissan Z because of available manual and the exterior looks awesome in person.

@@MikeDrives Thanks Mike. My 30th birthday is coming up next year and I've been saving for a nicer car since I started working over a decade ago. Always told myself I'd get a nice car for that milestone bday. Id love the new Z8 corvette if the markups weren't sky high. Hopefully markups don't ruin the new Z, too. Appreciate the advice :)
