I produced and casted this. Thankyou for all the lovely comments. We wanted to document this lonely time and the emotional connection of music with designers from around the world
For anyone wondering, the couple dancing together in their dining room are dancing in what looks to be a modernized take on Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian artform that combines martial arts, dance, music, and theater! Really impressive and beautiful stuff! Never thought I'd see Capoeira in a James Blake music video!!
I loved the couple dancing Capoeira in the living room! A whole vibe. As well as the lady on the roller skates and the beautiful boy dancing ballet. Just the whole video honestly.
James Blake aka James Jones aka Tanesha Jones aka 56-year-old Andrew Sargent of west Chester! STILL subtracting a couple decades and pretending to not be racist? Who’d you steal these lyrics from? Bet it’s someone who’s now suffering from your suicide chip(a) or recently committed suicide, right? Still waiting for you to make things right…
I must have watched this 10 times since it came out a month ago, and I cry. Every single time. What a commentary on life in 2020 ! There are a couple of times that James' voice seems to crack with emotion and that feels so right for this time in humanity. Thank you !
It is known that James Blake is probably the most innovative and cutting-edge artist of our Era. But I would like to focus the attention on his mate Dom Maker. His productions are amazing and so creative. Well done guys.

woah!! I heard this for the first time last night, and this morning got up and improved a dance without even seeing the video or knowing anything about it. Now, after viewing this amazing piece, I felt a spiritual connection and I'm grateful for beautiful works of art like this. It really makes a difference. Thank you.

This makes me cry from the bottom of my heart. Because that is why I love humans, that's what we do at our best. Be creative, do the best out of a bad situation. Thank everyone so much for this

This is my most favorite of James blake songs even though his entire catalogue of original and remixed collabs are wonderful ...this one is so damn beautiful. Oh my word!
I only recently heard James Blake on Kehlani’s record. I mean, I’d heard the name before but never the voice. Interest piqued! Time passed, and I stumbled across “Godspeed”. Enthralled! Now I’m here, dancing to this in my kitchen. We Stan!
Amazing EP. Blake has achieved the rare feat of creating house bangers that don’t sound like manufactured emotion, but rather genuine vulnerability.
Funny how i listen to this in 2020 quarantine and now it just gives me joy even when i remember that bad time
This song STILL gives me comfort, light in dark days, goosebumps and hope for a better world. James Blake, you are my hero.
3:34 I've never heard of such a wonderfully developed outro before
I wish it had a full version of its own.
The outro is what got this song onto my spotify lol
This was so majestic just a masterpiece

So many of the dancers featured give earthy vibes in their homes it’s so comforting. Also, love the vid as a whole
He never misses a shot. King James ♥️
This track meant, and still means a lot. Thank you James.
This video IS more entertaining than a 10million dollar production. LOVE IT! Love the Ep too!
Rollerskating Lady is my new lockdown home video crush.
The frequency of this track, feels like enlightenment on a seismic level
I was literally vibing to the frequency on its own
I ate your words like melting butter.. so satisfying

If James Blake were ever to upload a video with nothing but silence, I will still be moved to tears by his brilliance

i searched and found, but only after searching for Dominic Maker (I also have a friend I call Dom)
Lol
Massive Attack paved the way for him. Excellent sound!
Mount Kimbie is one hell of a duo. Dom is such an amazing producer.

James and all his most unique sounds and their blending continues to lead me down a rabbit hole of auditory wonder and awe.

Yesss James Blake and Vogue❤
I love it James
The movement inspired by the music is fabulous.
Also, ya girl on the skates *was getting it in* go ma!!
I love how James Blake started out making dubstep in its early years. They were such good tunes too. "Air and lack thereof " is such a tune.
Cool! I hadn't heard that. "Limit to your love" got me.
Do you also love how there's 60 seconds in a minute?
James Blake is a genius 👍
Dancing by myself watching other people dance at home by themselves. Can't wait to dance with others to this absolute banger
Yeah did this sooo much during covid pandemic and beyond, now dancing because im alive. Also this song got better every listen
Thank you, King. Thanks for sharing your truly amazing art. Thank you, God-mes Blake. Love from Mexico.
This is exactly what I imagined the video would be like to this song. Such a banger
Listened to the EP midday on TIDAL. I have said this to my friends and I will say it here: James Blake is the King of Music
I've totally made every single one of those moves during quarantine
Especially in the driveway
You can contort?
You’re a genius, James.
This is beautiful. In every way.
lump in throat, tears in eyes
This video was beautiful, beautiful ppl, beautiful music, beautiful dancing. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I always got time for anything James Blake releases
This song makes me nervous, in a good way
love the vocal melodies, jangling synth loop, driving rhythms, transformative outro, and beautiful dancers. thank you!!!
this video makes me glad to be alive ✨
This is my most favorite of James blake songs even though his entire catalogue of original and remixed collabs are wonderful ...this one is so damn beautiful. Oh my word!
I really do like this chaotic equilibrium, sweet emphasis, sugary dream into nightmare
i love this sound of the experimental james blake
Composing time in music and love and atmosphere....brilliant.
Very symbolic and moving James. Perfection.

Love that Anthony Mmesoma Madu was featured here. Beautiful dancers moving to beautiful music. Well done.

Anyone else feels like he was inspired by "Everything In Its Right Place" and "Burn The Witch" by Radiohead? Love it tho!
Sounds a lot like thom yorkes solo stuff
Yes oh my gosh I was trying to think of the song the chorus reminds me of!!! It's totally lifted from everything in its right place
@@marionstandefer2489 right?! First time I heard it, I was like “this sounds so familiar!”
