These get more amazing every time Petra. I love it! No wonder you're fascinated, I am also fascinated watching. That big hollow effect in the centre is what I call the Abyss effect - the depth it gives to the design is stunning
Thank you so much dear Mini. I am really fascinated with these techniques and somehow (I hope *lol) I also give them a little bit my own touch. This Galaxy Blue Shimmer from Laura and the glitter in the center give it really a lot of depth and all the creatures developed toward in in the center part. Thank you so much for your comment 💙
This is true, you can look into the center for ages and always find a new effect. I actually do not mind when the center is not closed because there are effects due to the sort of webeffect. Thank you so much my dear Sturkiester 💙💙💙💙
I love watching the time lapse and watching the resin work. The open centre adds to the effect, it's like a little pool with a crystal island at the centre. Totally stunning 😍😀❤️🤗
I think that the centre not closing creates the wonderful 3D effect, which I think is an added attraction of this pour. If it had completely closed in, the depth would not be so obvious and would just look like petals, which is pretty, but not as interesting. Love it!👏
Thank you so much dear Susan. Yes I think so too. I recently made another pour with brown beige colors and it also did not close completely. These are so lovely. I will put up this video probably next week. 🩷🤍🩷
Too beautiful blooms,Petra I will soon attempt your earlier versions,in one of the existing molds, that are quite deep,I guess🤞,keep creating and inspiring 💗
hahaha ... good that it looks like ease but sometimes I am a little stressed because I am not always as organised and there is always something missing. Thank you so much for your support dear Gloria 💙
You weren’t happy with the first one???😳😂We are always so critical of our own work but we shouldn’t be and I think you are being waaaay too hard on yourself dear lady. You create some incredible pieces and that one was also stunning with amazing depth.💙💙
*hahaha this is so true dear Rob. Maybe I should except that for some techniques you need to have another mold so that the center closes all the way. However, when the center does not close it gives the pieces this special 3D effect. I am certainly very critical with my own work. Thank you for your comment. It just made my day 💙
@@petragerbracht you can never have enough molds or enough resin to pour in them lol. I’ve done some recently, as you know, that didn’t close and I even tried to use that to an advantage with some very cool results. The depth it creates is just amazing. I should follow my own advice and not be so critical because even our fails have some very nice parts to them and failing is another step on the path to success. Loving and appreciating what you do.💖💖
@robandhisresin13 is it always a fail when we don't achieve what the majority achieves? I don't think so. I think achieving another result gives the pieces your own touch ❤️
@@petragerbracht absolutely not. The last piece I shared in the Facebook groups is a fail in that it didn’t turn out like I was hoping but there are some very nice parts to it that I can work on. I think I could create a few pieces from what I learned from this one “fail”. That’s what I feel with these flowers. It’s like a chef changing a recipe slightly to add his/her style etc to it. Resin art is no different and you’ll always put your own style, emotions and creativity in to it because it’s a reflection of you and that is what makes every piece we make unique. No one else can be us.💖
@robandhisresin13 this is so very true. Actually I don't like it when there are some people who tell you how a piece needs to look like. It's still art and I think it's great to have your own handwriting on your own art. ❤️
I agree, the centre doesn’t always need to be closed. This piece is wonderfully 3D, I feel like I’m looking into a deep blue and grey moon volcano.
Thank you so much. Yes, there is going on a lot in the center. I am just in love with the effects resin can do 💙
There is so much character in this piece Petra. I can see a galaxy hiding underneath a natural glacial pool and I love it.
Thank you so much my dear Patricia. It is always amazing what everyone sees in these pieces. Love it 💙

I think so too. OK first I was disappointed but on the other hand it's also a little bit different design. Thank you so much dear KellyJean 💙💙💙💙

Too beautiful blooms,Petra I will soon attempt your earlier versions,in one of the existing molds, that are quite deep,I guess🤞,keep creating and inspiring 💗
How deep are these molds? I find that they should have at least 1,2 cm. Please share with me your result dear Sudha 💜
@@petragerbracht sure,dear Petra, 🤩💜
Just watched and it's beautiful, again you did it with ease
hahaha ... good that it looks like ease but sometimes I am a little stressed because I am not always as organised and there is always something missing. Thank you so much for your support dear Gloria 💙
