Clay Jenkins it’s a lee hand loader you can get them at cabelas or bass pro shops. They are small batch inexpensive bullet reloading kits. Think they cost about $30
@@johnsabarese7103 I have one last question about the Lee hand reloader is it only fit one caliber or can you fit pistol and rifle cause what I need it to do is just cringe the bullet back in to the shell after I drill and take gun powder out

Nick Ferry yep I drilled out the primer pocket and use small clevis pins
What are the parts called you put in the primer pocket that the keyring attaches too.

Clay Jenkins they are caliber specific so you’d have to buy one for each caliber
