saw the mascot pick up a dropped hat on field....then i spent most the time after finding the one that dropped it. ive seen a few that the hats try to escape...one was in a pov cam and the missing hat person picked it up on way to a formation very smoothly.

The "I" dotter was the cutest little thing! Way to go lady-girl!! mbandfan2 I follow your videos (more than anyone else's). This is a suggestion, not a complaint: Please allow the video to show the "dap" that the sousaphone player ("I" dotter) gets right before dotting. It's a sweet interaction to see the Drum Major give dap then the musician behind the "I" dotter give dap as well. It's one of my favorite parts - as we all know these senior sousaphone players have definitely payed their dues! Thanks for all of the great videos and do know that I am grateful for anything you post.
Recruiting for the band by having high school bands attend the skull session. Plus a wonderful tribute to veterans.

sing3prima, Thank you for answering me. This piece is strikingly beautiful and I have always wanted to know its' name. I am a 74 year old Canadian and I can tell you nothing like this band including the talented drum majors are here in Canada. Wonderful to watch. Go Bucks

As a Viet Nam vet I wasn't pleased by the so called peace symbol. I won't let one little thing detract from an excellent performance and video. It's the down side of being able to discern the shapes the band members display.

You could not be more wrong.
The OSUMB closely resembles a drum Corp especially to today’s standards but they take their roots from the military and the instrumentation, members strong, and even the drum major contradicts the definition of a drum and bugle corps, the difference between a Collegiate marching band or even high school and a Drum corps isn’t just the woodwind section. I myself am in a fantastic high school marching band, look it up, Grissom High School Marching “Tiger” Band of Huntsville Al.
Not only is it a band, it is THE BEST DAMN BAND IN THE LAND!
There is absolutely NOTHING that is sad about this band. Their precision, synchronicity, and discipline is consistent and they deliver an amazing show. It's an all brass and percussion band.
