Ca anyone explain what the "TELD" board signifies for the oncoming bridge ? I know that "TEL" stands for Tractive Effort Limitation indicator for LPs to observe over bridges which are weak but I don't know if this is the same indication meant ... and also , in that case , what is "D " ??
Why is the loco giving a high pitch sound ?? (From 2:54 onwards, becomes prominent after goods train crosses it) is it due to ageing or is it normal ??

That is a passenger train only, the Ambikapur-Shahdol Passenger. It has an RSA with Durg-Ambikapur Express that's why the AC coaches were there
