We will try our best to get “proof of magic” quest done for everyone who is trying to 100 percent the Temple of gales!
It’s been “borked” for me since December. Every time I go into that temple my “W” stops working and I can’t move. I tried using the arrow key but it’s too hard that way. And that barrel for me doesn’t have the “F” above it to pick it up. It seems like this player only had to talk to Zeki to finish the “Silver-Winging It” quest. I’ve done what this player has done already(gotten 9 eggs), spoke to Zeki, yet it still shows I haven’t completed it. I don’t get it! Why did this player only have to get less than the 10 and that quest is done for him? It doesn’t make sense. Problems like this that persist for almost a year make me stop playing the game out of frustration.
Plus, I keep talking to all three of them there and no one has anything new to tell me so I never got the bug quest. It’s been “borked” for me since December. That’s pretty sad frankly.
This whole temple has me so frustrated I'm in tears. As soon as they were made aware that the climbing was so bad, they should have taken the game down and fixed it. It's completely unfair that some can do it and others can't.
i totally agree, ofcourse i edited out but the last source of food spot took me over an hour spamming and hoping, so my advice is not to do it straight away and wait, thankfully you can "cheese" some of it and get around
I couldn't even make it past a certain point for the "new" obstacle course (the one without checkpoints) so you can imagine my "delight" at another parkour nightmare...lol. Seriously, this kind of in-game challenge is the least enjoyable for me; I became pre-annoyed as soon as I read the patch notes ha ha.

Thank you many times over for sharing this video! I was getting frustrated with the glitches and about to give up. It took me a while to complete the quest and thanks to being able to watch you go through this I was able to figure it out! Kudos to you for the patience it took to complete this quest and record it for us!!!
You state this is a "complete guide", however, you do not put in any information regarding the 8 tablets that need to be found for Caleri and Elouise, and only pick up one or two of the treasures (out of 7) for Zeki. While it is "complete" enough to open the new bundle, it is by no means a complete guide. You also leave out one of the puzzle room which has a really nice treasure for item collectors. Please consider editing the video or making another video to finish off those other quests, please, or adjust the title of the video to reflect it's true nature as a guide to open up the bundle only.

It seems to me the most bugged ares for climbing are these on Pond Island. The ladder was the worse. I finally manage it by gliding down on the the walls of the ruin and then jumping from it to the ladder. I manage to find 7 of the 8 pieces of evedence for the sisters (the little Ancient Data Tablets) and only 1 item for Zeki. I also could not get most of the Gates to activate. In fact, the gate right there by the nest. I was not able to activat until after I acivate the 2 gates over on Power Island. And for the rest, never manage to get them to turn on.
I've been putting this off for months, but I guess it's time to force myself through it! After a few attempts earlier this week I'm buckling down. Maybe. Probably not.
I was doing so well, I didn't even need a guide to find everything, I was so happy with this map until THIS LADDER 47:58 bugged and I couldn't do anything about it.
Where did you find all the evidence for the sisters and the items for Zeki? I only found 3 items for Zeki and I don't think anything for the other two.

Are the windflows on bug island bugged? I’m trying to use them but they don’t carry me upwards for the whole thing they just stop doing it after half of it and I need to get to the top of the windmill
Yes this! Don't press forwards and i actually had to press down on the switch -it's probably a bug but that's how i finally made it- toggled down instead of forwards. (Up)
No, not yet. The devs sent me a note that they are aware of the issue but are not sure right now how to fix it. I wouldn't mind if they had to reset that area for my character and I had to redo do the egg collecting. @@shouri5111
@@TheNorseWolf87YEAH ME TOO I had to find the highest point so i could glide over to it then LO AND BEHOLD Zeki appears from out of nowhere and I'm finally able to complete quest. Nightmare over 🤦♂️

@@CarliRizzuto did you glide over to the island with the eye? Even without the updraft if you get close enough to the island and can't glide anymore you will re-spawn onto that island
I could kiss you. This was absolutely horrible with the switch glitches & o ce i left the first time and came back i kept getting randomly spawmed after a call outside the temple. Legit almost wanted to stop playing - which sucks, since every other aspect is legitimately insanely A+.

I got frustrated and left the temple, then came back found the remaining eggs, but NOW I cannot complete quest because Zeki isn't at the temple. Busted ass game 😔
I was hoping you'd show grabbing the goggles on the bench there on the right before you go, then going back to the little temple behind the main nest on the other side of the building where the wine cask was.. It continues. Once I got that done, though, I can't use the slanted wind gusts on the wind island to get me to the big temple floating out there in the great beyond.
I can't complete it, there is an egg that I can't find, there must be at least one treasure I've taken out of the temple without knowing what to do with it and now I have no idea of what it is... I can't progress, I can't reset
I don’t know if mine is glitched or if I did it wrong but I got all 15 eggs before the three of them were by the big nest and now only the portal in front of the big nest is open and the others aren’t. Please tell me if I did something wrong because if I did then I’m not gonna worry about this mission 😂 (edit- nvm guys, I’m just slow as usual 🤭)

Definitly a nice guide. i kinda expected it to show all the locations for Proof of Magic and Special Donations when i saw the name of the video though but still usefull for anyone having trouble with the temple puzzles :)
unfortunately with all the issues with climbing and spending so long looking - we couldnt find the additonal ones for this, we didnt know it would be such a big request, i will try too look again now its been fixed!
@@mmo-wiki the trick to climbing, for me at least, is to climb in the center and rest the bar so you can get higher. Just jump, hold forward and wait for your character to bob up and down at that point until bar recharges some, and then jump again, repeat.
I had trouble climbing while trying to do caleri's quest first. But when it went back and did Zeki and Elouisa's first, I had an easier time climbing while doing to one for Caleri.
At 33:57 of coming up with the glider for the winds, I still can't come up there, idk what im doing wrong, but i have tried this around 30 times, and i still cant get up.. D: anyone else have that problem?
Half the time the wind doesn't work for me. I pass through it with the glider without it picking me up. I can't really complete any quest if that wind stuff keeps bugging.

i spent hours collecting everything and doing every quest i could, but my next quest is literally to open the flow gate. like bro idk how there´s nothing abt finding food sources, just "open the flow gate" ._.
Did you actually get the final reward? Because I got the individual rewards for completing the bundles, but not the nest for completing everything as a whole.
This is nowhere near the complete guide to the temple of gales. It's only the guide to the main part of the quest up to the final puzzle! U even missed at least 1 egg above the area in time stamp 25:34 that I saw when I was doing this quest but have no idea how to reach! Up on top of the tilted "C" shaped structure with the symbol in front of it that looks like a key with a V behind it!
I missed one gate I think and now I can't find it anymore. I don't have a flow stream to the main island like in the video, so i missed 1 activation somewhere, but where....So Zeki won't help me at the main island.

yes we didnt realise this, and assumed they was extra but we have been informed that you can get 15 eggs and this helps for the additional quest "Proof of magic"
Patch 0.175 got released - in this current release the climbing was super buggy BUT we managed to do it and they are aware of this! Please see timestamps in the description for all quests/items

I tried the isle by myself. Did ok in getting around it, but made mistake and gave zeki minnows had to get assistance. Now i cant get the flow to main isle and they already gave review for Eloises magic situation. So im stuck.
thanks for the guide but atm I think I'll never finish it. The wind that's supposed to blow me up, doesn't work so I can't get some eggs and also the portals don't work for me. Very frustrating quest.
i understand the portals become active as a "checkpoint" sort of thing when youve reached that part of the area. So you can travel back to the middle or to the sides again. For the wind, Sadly i can not confirm if it is broken or not, people seem to have many issues with the temple of gales, i would suggest joining the palia discord and looking for help in there, as the community are really helpful with the quests or maybe reporting it as a bug, hopefully a DEV responds with what needs to be done to fix it. We definitely had our fair share on release, where we couldnt even climb the walls properly unless clicking the buttons loads and hoping for the best! But we hope you get this part done so you can get to the NEW temple!
At 21:58 there is a problem: i arrived in the same point but 1 second later you are in another location that dunno where is because there is no rope nearby so there is something cut and from there can't procede
yes that is my fault, due to the buggy climbing i had to cut many attempts and clearly cut too much, so i do apologise! but if you fall down and just proceed forward (on your right will be the opposite side we fell down) then just go forward and you will see that big climbing grid in front im certain
There’s a big red egg on one of the islands and I can’t loot it for the life of me. The placement is so dodgey even if you climb up next to it ! Not sure how to get it :(
Thanks for the video, I got the bug where I got the letter from both of the sisters but the quest never triggers, so stuck waiting for them to fix it. Its a shame because I love playing Palia but it seems with every update they do, they break a whole bunch of other things.
I submitted a support ticket and the next time I logged on it was fixed, I was able to talk to Zeki to get the mission to prompt. Now I am stuck with the darn "talk to Zeki on the main island" bug... these are seriously game breaking bugs.. at least he climbing had a work around. Id take that bug over not being able to do the quest at all or a hard stop in the quest (OR BOTH) uhhhg
My quest with Caleri seems to be bugged... I can't get the "find a source of food" and it's stuck on "Activate Flow gate" and there is nothing I can do with it...
Like I did, if using a computer keyboard. I pressed W to go up, without releasing it when the bar completed I jumped with the space bar, waited again to complete and jumped (sometimes I pressed the space bar more than once at the same time until advancing) moved forward, waited to load and repeat
yes, i am not sure if it is "easier" than when we first released the video on Day 1, but we definitely had our fair share of frustration! You got this!!
What do i do if i cant finish the temple? I accidentally died trying get to the final island not thinking it was the final island and i was brought back on the final island. Not thinking it was i opened the last portal and everyone walked through before i finished doing the egg quest. Now its saying to need to talk to Zeki on the main island but he is forever on the last and final island. What do i do?
@patanoster387 I talked to tech support they said they have a lot of stuff they are working on to improve it so hopefully I'm able to finish the temple!

I came here to see a guide to the Gale Temple The problem is you skipped a lot... And I do mean a lot Where's the treasures I don't know you only showed a few of them So now I can't complete the quest because I don't know where they are literally the only reason I watched this video as long as I have...

Zeki wasn't there where he was for you...I had to find him on the island with the eye so I never got the wind to help me get over to that island
I had to glide over there and Respawn when I fell close to the island

It wont let me talk to zeki to pick the lock
The fact that I finished most of the quest but the final puzzle is giving me trouble and I keep falling
Patch 0.175 got released - in this current release the climbing was super buggy BUT we managed to do it and they are aware of this!

Anyone else with the bug of the door not opening? I got the flow fragment but it doesn't trigger anything with Zeki so I can't get the door open. 😅

Thank you for the help, i think mine is glitched i caught two of the fish but any other bodies of water you shown I try and fish in it says i cant fish here try somewhere else?
how u done where u have to find 7 items for zeki im still stuck on it
Mine is stuck, I can't fish from the cloud, the last door doesn't open and the wind in front of the nest doesn't work.
I tried the isle by myself. Did ok in getting around it, but made mistake and gave zeki minnows had to get assistance. Now i cant get the flow to main isle and they already gave review for Eloises magic situation. So im stuck.

thanks for the guide but atm I think I'll never finish it. The wind that's supposed to blow me up, doesn't work so I can't get some eggs and also the portals don't work for me. Very frustrating quest.
i understand the portals become active as a "checkpoint" sort of thing when youve reached that part of the area. So you can travel back to the middle or to the sides again.
For the wind, Sadly i can not confirm if it is broken or not, people seem to have many issues with the temple of gales, i would suggest joining the palia discord and looking for help in there, as the community are really helpful with the quests or maybe reporting it as a bug, hopefully a DEV responds with what needs to be done to fix it.
We definitely had our fair share on release, where we couldnt even climb the walls properly unless clicking the buttons loads and hoping for the best! But we hope you get this part done so you can get to the NEW temple!
At 21:58 there is a problem: i arrived in the same point but 1 second later you are in another location that dunno where is because there is no rope nearby so there is something cut and from there can't procede
yes that is my fault, due to the buggy climbing i had to cut many attempts and clearly cut too much, so i do apologise! but if you fall down and just proceed forward (on your right will be the opposite side we fell down) then just go forward and you will see that big climbing grid in front im certain
How do you jump without activating glider when trying to get piece to pick lock? As soon as I jump from one stone to another my glider activates.
There’s a big red egg on one of the islands and I can’t loot it for the life of me. The placement is so dodgey even if you climb up next to it ! Not sure how to get it :(
Thanks for the video, I got the bug where I got the letter from both of the sisters but the quest never triggers, so stuck waiting for them to fix it. Its a shame because I love playing Palia but it seems with every update they do, they break a whole bunch of other things.
I submitted a support ticket and the next time I logged on it was fixed, I was able to talk to Zeki to get the mission to prompt. Now I am stuck with the darn "talk to Zeki on the main island" bug... these are seriously game breaking bugs.. at least he climbing had a work around. Id take that bug over not being able to do the quest at all or a hard stop in the quest (OR BOTH) uhhhg

My quest with Caleri seems to be bugged... I can't get the "find a source of food" and it's stuck on "Activate Flow gate" and there is nothing I can do with it...
As for source of food, did u try fishing in those little floating circle ponds without any bait?

Like I did, if using a computer keyboard. I pressed W to go up, without releasing it when the bar completed I jumped with the space bar, waited again to complete and jumped (sometimes I pressed the space bar more than once at the same time until advancing) moved forward, waited to load and repeat

Can’t get the sliding puzzle at the end solved to save my life, probably 5 min away from uninstalling.

A little advice here for you pal do not wall jump so fast I found out if you take it slowly use less stamina
What do i do if i cant finish the temple?
I accidentally died trying get to the final island not thinking it was the final island and i was brought back on the final island. Not thinking it was i opened the last portal and everyone walked through before i finished doing the egg quest. Now its saying to need to talk to Zeki on the main island but he is forever on the last and final island. What do i do?
Press the M key open the Map then Press go home
@patanoster387 I talked to tech support they said they have a lot of stuff they are working on to improve it so hopefully I'm able to finish the temple!

I got one as a reward from Elouisa for completing the 'proof of magic' quest.
It did not even open the air flow to get to the last island and they fixed the bug
That was one of the first things I went to check after the latest patch. Much to my dismay the air flow still isn't there for me either. I can't open any additional portals in that temple either.
I came here to see a guide to the Gale Temple The problem is you skipped a lot... And I do mean a lot Where's the treasures I don't know you only showed a few of them So now I can't complete the quest because I don't know where they are literally the only reason I watched this video as long as I have...
