Cheers mate, always appreciate your kind words!
Organ player is fantastic
Thanks. I couldn't agree more!
I'm 59 and this made me feel 15 again. Thank you.
Ah wonderful…you’re very welcome!
Makes me want to drive around and do stupid sh*t!
In 1970 when i was 15 "years young" (Buddy Guy words) i heard the best guitarist for the first time, the great Peter Green, the composer of these songs. Greetings Stevens. ✌️
Yes, I have the old 45 record. Wonderfull!
Wow, same Judas Priest version then went back years later & discovered Peter Green at 62 years old feel like we grew up in the best music era so much thanks for keeping this music alive . Great covers
I’m 56 and yes, we did grow up in the best era of rock. Listening to our parents stuff from the 50’s and 60’s and all the stuff we heard throughout the 70’s and 80’s.
Born in '60, and yes, we are, without question, incredibly lucky to have experienced it !
( experienced....that just made me think of Jimi 😂 )
😊 HH GG ççćvchvh0jpj😊
Thank you, you are very welcome! Definitely a fabulous era of music and one which we will keep celebrating.
Peter would have approved 👍👍👍👍
Way to go! As a Brit who grew up with seeing PG and Mayall live back in the 60s and also played in bands, I salute you for this. KUDOS!
Ah thanks so much! Very glad you approve…I would have loved to have seen them back in their heyday.
Wow, that was impressive. Very clean. You could hear everything so clean. Good job guys very impressive.😎👍🤘🇺🇸
Glad you enjoyed it Frank, thank you, much appreciated!
What a fantastic band. And Adam’s guitar playing terrific. Peter would be proud. 🙋♂️👏👏🇬🇧
Very kind of you, thank you ☺️
Well done! Peter Green is a bit of an unsung hero these days so it is good to see a heartfelt rendering of his music
Thanks Jerry! He's a hero of mine...always a real pleasure to play these songs.
Great
Thanks!
Great covers of the best guitarist and the best guitarist John Mayal ever had. ✌️
Thanks!!
Wow! That was brilliant! Chapeau les Gars!!!! A brilliant job all round. You killed it! 'The Green Manalishi' and 'Oh Well' in one hit. Fabulous.....
Thank you so much!! Glad you enjoyed it.
I'm 68 and I was in that era. Breast fed on Then Play On and subsequent albums. I play a little with my drum buddy and these two songs feature on our set. You were absolutely fantastic. Made my day. Tom UK
Thanks for the kind words Tom, glad you enjoyed this. What an era that was for music.
Хорошее решение... Сдержано.... И в то же время драйвово .... Кайф!
Oh well no1 in many people’s hearts, great versionX
Thanks!
Damn!!!! What a performance. Both songs. That tone. You nailed it.
Thank you! 🙏 😊
This was awesome, thank you,
You are so welcome! Thank you.
Wow, that was spectacular!!! 🔥
PG influenced so many guitar players. I love his work and it may be sacrilegious to say, but I grew up on the Judas Priest and Rockets versions of those songs and didn't learn about PG until many years later.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! A lot of love coming in for the Judas Priest version...I missed that version at first and didn't discover it till much later.
Sang the oh well. Fantastic
Thanks!
Brilliant performance,of a great song.I love both Priest’s version,and Peter Green’s original version,both different,but both brilliant.Nothing beat’s great music.Well done👍👏👏
Thanks so much…they’re great songs that are a joy to play.
Muito bom muito bom! Super aprovado em corpo, alma e espírito! Peter Green Forever Forever Peter Green.
Thank you. Here here!
ah lads
ye Nailed it!
Brilliant
Cheers!
Ryan Gosling on keys --- dude is everywhere. Nice jam boys!
Looking for this comment
Ha Tom gets compared to all sorts but I think Ryan Gosling is a first! 😆
What great tone!
Cheers!
Simply sublime versions.
Thank you! 🙏 😊
Is there a more iconic rock riff than the opening of "Oh Well"? Well done, boys. Great tone, and excellent recording.
Thank you Alan, much appreciated. And yeah…gotta be one of the greatest riffs of all time!
Last FM song to feature Peter Green. It’s supposed to be about money and according to Mick Fleetwood Peter said to him “we have to give our money away” to which Mick said he replied “you do what you want with your money, I’m keeping mine”.
Ah that's fascinating...I knew it was the last thing Peter did with the band, and he was clearly struggling. I'd heard it was about money but I didn't realise he was wanting them all to give it away! Not surprised Mick wasn't keen on the idea...
@@AdamSweetMusic some people can't handle fame.
@@alexbowman7582 yeah it's a sad story
Sehr schöne Nummer, außerordentlich gute Bandleistung😊
Danke 🙏
Holy Moly!!
You guys you guys tore up Oh Well. Sweet!

This has to be my favourite thing that Adam does! Loving the new album too, thanks guys ...
Thanks Frances, glad you're liking the EP 😊
Not bad. I’m an old Peter Green dude, so I took quite a dive to watch this all. Thanks.
You’re very welcome, thanks for watching it all!

You’re welcome, glad you’re enjoying it! 🙂
Love your tribute here...was raised on the JP version but this is solid. And those that are hating in the comments...pleeeease stop. You all sound ridiculous. Seriously.
Thank you my friend, appreciate the kind words. There's a lot of love for the Judas Priest version here too.
🙏🙏🙏🙏
New sub here! Great rendition of both tunes brother! Really appreciate you and your band keeping this awesome music alive. Really nice playing, look forward to more!

Love it! Super!
Thanks!
Wow😮 perfect 👍🤘🥁🥁🥁🥁👍🥁🥁
Many thanks!! ☺️
Don't ask me what I think of you, I think you're fantastic. Great versions!! please don't hate me when I say my favorite version of Green Manalishi is still Judas Priest.
Haha thanks Philip!
What about Arthur browns?
Yes! and The Melvins JP inspired perfection off The Maggot.
no,no…the best is of course the original with Fleetwood Mac and Peter himself🥂🍾😉
Nice, very NICE 👍😎💯
Thanks 😊
Terrific cover, the best I've seen and the cleanest musically correct I've heard period, including the original.
Thanks so much, very much appreciated. 🙏😊
Brilliant
Thanks so much!
My two most favorite FM songs in one video? I can die happy now. 🙂
Both songs executed well, but I detected more oomph in "Oh Well." Sounded like y'all connected with it more, emotionally. Certainly made it your own with that version, while honoring the original. Well done. 👍
Thanks so much! My favourites too…and yeah it certainly steps up a gear when Oh Well kicks in, it’s such an exciting piece to play!
What great tone. This sounds fantastic, very inspired.
Ah very glad to hear it, thank you!
Oh hells yeah!🤟👌😊
😊
wow!!! my new favorite band!!!
Ah fab, thanks! Glad you found us here 😊
Awesome guys 🤘
Some seriously good work there, stayed true to the originals but made them your own. Tight as fcuk 👍👍👍🤘🤘
Much appreciated, thanks so much!! 🙏
This was fantastic. Need to throw in black magic woman next time. Thanks for making my day.
Ah you’re very welcome! Thank you ☺️
That was killer! I'm now a fan.
Wonderful, thank you. Glad you enjoyed it!
Really surprisingly good . Clean Vocals . Guitar leads hit the original riffs . And the improvised stuff is great. Wild shit @ 7:20 R&R ! A little Led Zep at the end of the bit . Nice instrumental texture without a string bass . Drumming and keys really cook . Good work .
Thank you, very glad you enjoyed it. Love the “wild shit” description! And yeah think I pinched a Jimmy Page lick for that bit…
Top work fellas 👏👏
Thanks! 🙂
Uaaaauu
Fantastic!!!
Thanks!
O Well that was nice😁, thanks!
You’re welcome!
Great version of Green Manalishi and SO much better than the Judas Priest version.
Thank you so much! Glad you like it. The Judas Priest version seems to really spilt opinion on here… 😆
I like how you guys slowed it down and got the sounds right
Thanks!
This was good, not enough love for the original Fleetwood Mac songs these days! You guys did the songs justice!
Appreciate it, thank you!
👍👍👍
Great! Subbed!
Thanks so much!
Amazing work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Oh Yes
😁
This sounds fantastic, very inspired.
Thank you 🙏
@@AdamSweetMusic Thank you, sir.

😊🙏🙏
Dig that shit man..Cool ..
MUDHOUSE..Australia.
Thanks! 😀
Really a great rendition but maybe Mick Fleetwood and John McVie need to comment....I remember hearing this for the first time around 1970. Fleetwood and McVie were the beat but Peter Green was the soul.
I'm here because of judas preist
A lot of love coming in for Judas Priest. Glad to have you here!
Should renamed “ The green new deal”
I thought Thomas was the ghost of my deceased brother. Took me by surprised.
😮
@@AdamSweetMusic You have an amazing band btw.
@@drivenmad7676 thank you!
Ютуб мне порекомендовал, акуеть музон ебанустический!!
Judas Priest. !!!
Yeah I know. This is the original
Yeah the Fleetwood Mac version was the one that hooked me…I didn’t hear the Priest version till years later but there is a lot of love for that one here too!
sexy... but I stick with Priest's rendition
Thanks for watching! Lots of Priest fans here 🙂
Waaay to slow, unfortunately.
Correct - 1.25 is a little too fast but it sounds with the 2nd hearing and 3 beers :)
Tribute. We have the real thing. That's why records are made. That's how YOU heard it. You think you're better player or you would not be making this "tribute". All is Vanity. For proof: Where is "your" Oh, Well?
Nah, just four blokes enjoying playing some great music written by some of our heroes who are sadly no longer with us. And we're certainly not in competition with the original version or any other version...just playing it our own way how we felt it on the day. If you're not into cover songs there are plenty of videos on this channel of "my" own music...although I haven't written a riff as good as 'Oh Well'...I probably never will!
@@AdamSweetMusic You handled that very diplomatically. 🙂
@@Norther56 😬
Pretty ordinary singer imo lacks soul tone
Yeah fair enough, I do my best with what I've got.
You don't need to "pay tribute" - that's horseshit. Where's YOUR music, that you WROTE?
We don’t need to, but we like to.
And yes there are lots of videos on this channel of us performing my own music if you’d care to take a look.
@@AdamSweetMusic great answer to a stupid question 😆👍
