We’re thrilled to announce that our new album "Black Halo" will be released on the 9th of July!!!
Available on a 4x CD box set which includes the album, instrumentals, reworked ambient album and a whole CD of brand new remixes. The album will also be available on a single CD and all the streaming formats.
Largely written during the turbulence of 2020, the album celebrates the perseverance and triumph of the human spirit. No matter what life throws at us, we thrive and survive.

I am having flashbacks to watching the 2018 Light of the Fearless trailer and thinking how awesome that album was going to be. It did not disappoint. Pre-ordering the Black Halo box set was the easiest purchasing decision I've made this year.

This album is sounding exceptional based on the previews, very dark indeed & the latest single beginning to make sense now, video work across all 3 singles released has been absolutely amazing, and then to see there's even more video to come, amends will be made as promised.
Can't wait for this

Hybrid is always good for a positive surprise when it comes to musical experience - positive experiences are essential to me - so the 4 disc SE is mine to be.
Instrumental version - boxset is a done deal for me.

What I always favored in music is the big orchestral touch with high quality electronic sounds and distinctive deep bass, and Hybrid so far has been doing great in blending them together. This trailer give me hope that I may be granted again with such music in "Black Halo". :)
BTW - 0:51 - reminds me the final and credit scene of "The Expanse" season 5... and it's done so well, that I wonder - do you plan to make a full movie? You gained much experience while making music for film industry and your own videos. It would be a privilege to watch yours i.e. on a Sci-Fi movie channel "Dust".

I see Hybrid album. I buy.
I don't write the rules. I only obey.
It's a good album as far as modern electronic music goes, but there are several criticisms that are becoming more apparent with each new release. 1) The music lacks diversity of topics and moods, following a largely similar emotional narrative across the 2010, 2018 and 2021 albums. 2) Hybrid used to stand for amazing collaborative work with different vocalists. Now that Charlotte and Mike have made it a family band - it only adds to the monotony of the music. 3) "Black Halo" especially seems to be unfit for streaming services because of the layering complexity of the composition. The quality drop causes the listening experience to be flawed. You need FLACs to appreciate the sound itself.
I have been a fan of Hybrid since the 1990s, and I have to say, for all the hype surrounding the album and the incredible music videos - to me "Black Halo" is a safe armchair album and not at all a "banger" as was advertised.

Im kind of disappointed with the album unfortunately.
