I'm in the process of making these for a birthday party. I followed the directions for the fondant and placed in the oven and they came out flat not rounded like yours. What did I do wrong? I'm going to use the flat ones as they are still cute but I'm afraid when I set them up with the Swiss Meringue BC they may fall or even melt after they come out of the fridge. Is the SMBC really stable enough to keep these in tact? And, after I'm completely done can I keep them at room temp? I'm decorating them a day before the party. Any advice?
