I actually bought the bike Jan of this year and I quite like it as a beginner bike. My max speed was 70mph straight out the box, but the weight and wind direction does have some effect. I personally dislike when people say it’s not a real bike because honestly, it’s two wheels and whether you like it or not we’re all at the same risks. As a person who’s never ridden a bike before and has had no training in manual transmission, this bike was perfect for me. With that begin said, I do plan on giving it upgrades

    • @Ruedrides

I agree, it is a real bike. It’s easy to die on both. The only thing that I prefer about the bigger CC’s is just being able to get out of the way faster if I need to. However, this is great for learning to ride especially if you’re not planning on doing a lot of highway riding.

I have a 2023 era x22 venom. But mine is a 125cc. Its reallg fun to ride, even though i got it up to 59mph. My boyfren suggested it to me as a starter. And i took the offer when they were on sale. I bought it as a carburrated engined bike with a nibbi attachment, but i should either got a lifan or a x22r max, as i quickly outgrew the 125cc and want something better. But it's still nice. I get 110 mpg, and it performs well keeping up with cars in Jacksonville Florida going 45 through the city. I simply bought it as a city cruiser to simply get me wherever i go, but at the same time look cool. I've taken the notorious FL interstate 95 twice and it rode surprisingly smoother at 54mph than it does doing 40. But i dont like doing yhat because it chews up the oil real fast. Plus, its dangerous.

I got the Honda Navi when it first came out just for commuting, based on the 110mpg and 50 mph to speed (enough in Vermont).
It maybe hit 50mph, but mostly did about 40 with the hills, and only got 70 mpg.
This would be better in many ways, and with winter commuting, big boots can't shift or brake anyway....

Inrode a scooter for two years and wanted a full size motorcycle that can keep uo sith the state route back roads between cities. The fully automatic aspect and orice point sold me in this.
Gettinf my class M this weekend at the msf course. The fasted ive gone in this was about 45, just testing the waters. Didnt max out the throttle. I think this bike is going to suit mt needs.
It did break down pretty early. With about 50 miles on it, it Suddenly stopped starting up. After chabging the spark plug, changing the oil and charging the battery, still dodnt start up. Then i aimply adjusted the valves in the back and it magically started up mich better than it did in its factory settings.
Im not a mechanic of any kind. Just dod google searches to doagnose and fox the problem. I dint know if stuff like this is normal woth full size bikes, but something to look out for i guess.

If you look at the title after you buy this bike its actually a 223cc displacement engine. Its no different than a predator engine from harbor freight. It goes seventy on average on the highway when theres no high winds and while on a straight road. I ride this bike everyday to do doordash. It does what it needs to. If you need a commuter then this bike is for you.

There is such a divide in reviews because the quality control is so bad as with most Chinese value items. There’s gonna be good ones and bad ones. They aren’t gonna spend a lot of time on each unit. But if you notice all the biased or negative reviews pretty much all same the same stuff. Stuff that shouldn’t happen, basic stuff. That’s a flag for me.
