This is literally the same bike that is copy and pasted with different company names on from china. Go on amazon, ebay, alibaba, etc and you can find this pos. The Inja and srkcycles have done many vids on these kinds of bikes and all of Venom's stock you can find as other brands all sold and shipped out of china. It's said in the vid many times that "for $1700 this is a good bike" that doesn't mean that it is a good bike overall, all that means is that it turns on and runs which is the very least a bike could and should do. The only person that would be looking at this as a bike to own is really tight on a budget and to them I say get a used/old ninja 250 or don't get a bike at all since there is more than just buying the bike that's going to cost you money.
What a great format. If you were to remove the paid ad for security systems or any of that irrelevant crap during the first ride vids and have a forum type scenario with all 4 at the end of the first ride vid that would be awesome

You americans are too much used to beefy bikes. With one of those, you can live happily though all latin america, europe, asia and some chunk of africa 😂
And with the oil crisis, that bike is more an investment than a toy 😎
Cheers from Mexico
we also have people running 90 mph on the highway in lifted diesel trucks on 44" tires so...
What does this have to do with race
@@krasserj4k It has nothing to do with race. He's talking about in poor countries who aren't spoiled by show bikes would love this bike
No you can’t in Europe.
First ride, yes. Carbon exhaust, Mikuni carb, find a better air intake and get better tires. Then really wring its' neck.
guy's it's actually $1,800 ! look's great, and nice looking, well put together !! Kudo's
Yes you can buy inexpensive motorcycles and have fun on them.
Many YT channels show them off in fact.
Most use clone motors of the original version. Lifans, etc...
"I would be sketch going up a hill at 45" 😂😂😂
I want 250cc verson of this bike or tbe cafe one
You should compare to other 125.. like the grom and z125. just to give - price points - feel - quality - mods then see if they really do change it and then do was the price per smiles worth it. anyway glad yall liked that.. looking fwd to more on it.
Think I'd rather spend my 1700 on a used ninja or something but glad there are options available for people who want something new
if you're on a budget and you need a cheap car special in this day and age why not do people sell cars with no titles broken down cars there's so many lemons people lie about s*** everything's really close to me basically probably less than 5 Mi 10 MI the other one is like 60 Mi or 80 me I can take the back roads over the highway to see my nephews and nieces I think it's a great deal for 2000 it's like a moped but it looks like a motorcycle
for close to $2000, you can get a Yamaha YZF R155 in India.
$1,700 is what I paid for my first motorcycle. It was an '07 Ninja 250r. But it was not new. lol. This little bike looks so fun!
OC I would totally buy this and buy a few mods for it. I think a video of you guys adding a few mods would be totally awesome!!
I have the x22 GT 250 cc and I love it, it rides well and is surprisingly powerful
How has it held up over these months?
Thinking of getting one
@@914ty9 it's worth it
@@tjacosta2481 I see a lot of complaints about how it breaks down over time. I mean I don’t expect it to be unbreakable for the price but do you recommend any fixes and or upgrades to consider once the bike arrives
@@914ty9 yea nothing last forever but its how you take care of it. First make sure you tide the screw on the steering handle, I change thr back light i didn't like how it looked, I added a few ninja stickers and upgraded the muffler
How the hell do you insure one of these
Heard about this company about 2 years ago, nice to see a review from a bigger channel
Outro crew, I spent 3 grand on a play around motorcycle that doesnt fit me or my short girlfriend either (Honda grom). I really do dig it tho 😂 this bid be a fun bike to have. Even maybe a little fleet n when the homies are over, race around with.
I also have the x22r in green the big brother of your bike I have owned both and man when u ride the 250 you'll see.
I want to see this vs a cheap Ebay or Aliexpress bike! We all got that "what if???" thought when a motorcycle came up on aliexpress and ebay
2hrs after video is posted! Motorcycle is now discontinued!!
Lol really?
Mine is already in the frieght on its way here in a small town of Sitka Alaska where 45miles per hour is the highes speed u can go on a highway. Ill be using mine to go to work during this summer
We had fun with our hawk .. a dual sport at 1400$ .. 67mph was achieved...
China bikes are not bad for the money .. but in my opinion.. a used Japanese bike for the same money is still better
Bro get the cafe racer looking one and put it to a mileage test! Side note, how easy would an engine swap or big bore kit be?!
I work on cars a little more than the average 24 year old guy but I’ve never touched a bike in my life. Would I be fine owning/maintaining this?
Does this bike have potential to stunt on it I wouldent mind having a cheap bike to pratice on instead of thrashing my ninja just for circle wheelies and stuff like that
a bit late to the discussion here but over in uk where i live its a mandatory thing for riders under 19 to do a cbt and then your a1 license to be able to ride a 125cc at 17 or if you're 16 you can only ride a 50cc with a cbt and then i think from 19 you can ride a 400 and 21 you can ride unlimited or something like that i havent done much research as im just gonna go for my a1 possibly a2
Would love to see what you could do with this!! Seems like a great town commuter if it ain’t sketch lol
A little late but, at that price point you can get the latest generation Yamaha R15 (150 cc that can overclock) here where i live
Venom is just rebranded Lifan, a cheep Chinese bike.
Never thought I’d see this day but glad it came! Hahaha. I actually have 2 Venoms (X22 and the 50cc sports bike) and got them to make sure I’d like riding as much as I thought I would. I did, so I brought another motorcycle (Hyosung Gd 250r would love to see you ride that one too!)
But, yes! I would love to see both a first ride and mods to it because Ive always wanted to see what a pro would do with this bike to make it a bit extra. Performance, stability and whatnot.
Good stuff guys! 😎🤙
So basically you spent enough money to buy a nice used bike?
I bought one of these things for my son, and truthfully, *I eventually gave up on it....*
it seemed to have incalculable mechanical issues & every time we got the thing running, it only lasted a single trip and then would not start again.
*Unless you are a motorcycle mechanic, with a working garage, this thing is a world of trouble, plus it can only get up to 50mph if you push it, so U are better off just getting a normal moped!!*
Love to see what you guys come up with if you modify it and like to see more vids of other Venom bikes.
Hell yeah! looks like she’d be so much fun!
Just ride her hard and put her away wet!
I’d love to see a series of you guys buying cheap bikes and modding them to be good bikes, so you can show people how easy and affordable it is to get into!
i want to see someone ride one of these as their daily commuter for like a month and see how bad the rust is...
Chase if you wanna start reviewing budget bikes you gotta check out the icebear maddog 150cc honda ruckus clone. I mean who doesn't want a honda ruckus with triple the engine size for like 2000 bucks? Cheers bro
A wise man once told me, u get what u pay for.
Is 93 octane good for this baby?
Do u own one? If so how many miles do u have on it?
Yes the Grom is double the price but you get SOO much better quality with a Grom. The Venom will be broken down after two years and the Grom will outlast it by so much.
I’m new to bike so this is a good bike for first timers? Only want it for around town not really looking to travel far highways and all that. Just comething to look cool riding round city in
I want to learn how to ride a bike, so would this be a great starter bike?
I'm in the class room at harley davidson in Farmington Hills mi learning(a new rider) and any bike is fast and nice looking to me at this time 😅😂...for me a beginner, I would definitely buy one...
I smell modified venom giveaways👍😂😂
Let's see the full potential of this bike after mods, it might be another addition to the riding on a budget list for some or it could be just a Sunday funday toy to mess around with
$1,799 for the bike + $1000 to pay a mechanic to make sure it won't kill you.
