That Sounthlands part made me giggle real good! I mean you have a mall street in the middle of a parking lot, which takes up like 80% of the whole area and they still put diagonal parking on the main so-called old-town street I am out of words.

I’d actually move the Pavilions to B tier because it only has one access direction from 16th St, leaving the other two “fronts” (Glenarm aside) solid masses with parking ramps & two asphalt oceans at its back (which deserve to be developed), which is how MANY people actually come into downtown via a car from E Colfax or Broadway.
Still some improvements for Cherry Creek Mall but it’s a good score. I like walking around Cherry Creek North more though as it is authentically a (gentrified) neighborhood with streets that go into the residential area, has most buildings built to the lot lines & feels less car oriented though they make sure to make their presence known!

That seems like an old google maps view of Prairie Center. There are more restaurants and other shops away from the main strip of shops now. Maybe it would qualify for F tier now?

Castle Rock and Prairie Center don’t deserve to be in F tier. They deserve to be in Z Tier!
