Appreciate you going the extra mile(s) for our train watching enjoyment. I'll leave the video content up to you. You make good decisions on what to include and what to pass on. Thanks for sharing. 👍
That engine was rocking and rolling so much those guys need to find their sea legs when they step back on land. No wonder they have derails - need to spend some of those siding profits on welded rail. Thanks for sharing. Glad the radio is working for you.
Most excellent! I'd like to see more vids like this. It's great to see trains in other parts of the country. WI and the UP are beautiful in winter. Don't forget, Christmas and trains go hand in hand. Grab some shots with Christmas decor as a backdrop, just an interesting topic suggestion. Love your trains 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃.
Great video 📹. You asked about watching the switching, love it. You are in a new location that just added to the experience. Can't wait to see the rest of the journey up north.
That was great Jason - thank you. The difference between the CN track and ELS is sure easy to see - the way that 1221 was rocking - no wonder they have to go so slow
Great video! Just down the street on Lineville is where the C&NW used to cross over. And the first location you were is where that track would have merged (now a trail).
Continuous Welded Rail/CWR😊. Awesome catches! Thank You for sharing! Seems funny to hear you call the Rails called “Train Tracks”, a well used expression when I was growing up! Friendly crew there!
Waaaaaay back in 1975, i did a similar trip, but it wasnt for a freight, the American Freedom Train was on its way from Peoria Illinois to Springfield. And ive heard that 2101 is being cosmetically restored, but will never run again, due to the roundhouse fire that nearly destroyed it.
Green Bay is what I referred to seeing the 1221 and their exchange with Canadian National last week! I’m glad you are checking it out!!! I Love your trips that you share here on your channel! Super adventure you shared here! Is this your first exploration to Greenbay for ELS action?
Jason, Great to see new shot locations, but I think you missed the ultimate shot of them crossing the bridge over Duck Creek at Riverview Drive (Next time). Very nice 👍👍
Great video, you said that CN train was a local , do you no where it comes from and does it go back north every day. Also when does it go back north ? Im new to the area and love trains, any info greatly appreciated
That was a fantastic farewell to Fall trip. There used to be a person in Marinette who captured the daily SB CN Freight which came through with regularity between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Steel was usually the first thing up on them the middle seemed to be off the branches and added at Gladstone and the back were paper and chemical cars. Oftentimes the pipe travels in large groups and this is where the allocation of gondolas can get tricky with enough for the mill @ Sault Ste Marie and the 3 Alter yards plus keep enough out there for the scrap ties. that come into L'lanse but can load up to a state away. All that switching was covered nicely too bad the mini Grain Train for Oconto Falls wasn't in this consist. Thanks for going to the far point of their system
I may have your commentary on it what are they switching around at the :25 mark in the video? Is it their yard or an oil depot they serve? Thank you for vid!
Thank you, Jason, for going down to Green Bay, Wisconsin and chasing this train as it traveled toward Crivitz, Wisconsin. I enjoyed watching the video.
I just found out this week actually. I was just thinking that I haven't seen him in a while, and figured the algorithm wasn't showing me him. I was pretty sad when I found out.
Good memories tr of HoboShoestring RIP. I'm from Ireland. A Fan for 3/4 yrs. Was A Character He Died end March 2024 life can be funny not laughwise when death hits dWorld sure goes on ! Take Care
Nice to see where they come from with their trains loaded/unloaded. Speaking of Hobo Shoestring, I never did hear why he passed away, does anyone know?
1221 seems to rock sideways WAY more than 502 - something wrong with their springs? Just curious - I know nothing about trains!! Asking so I can learn. Thanks!
Brings me great joy to see the Howard A-holes sit impatiently and WAIT...lol.
Kept me watching the whole 46 minutes. Jason, you did a really good job on this video. Thanks for taking us along and putting us track side.
Thanks 👍
This channel is soulful. Could be 1960. I love it. Thank you for all the time you put in.
Glad you had such a successful trip to Titletown and back! Thanks for the fun entertainment....

Hey Jason, thanks so much for the video, thanks for what you do for us
Great video. I wouldn't stand that close to the tracks the way that train was rocking.
Great video 📹. You asked about watching the switching, love it. You are in a new location that just added to the experience. Can't wait to see the rest of the journey up north.

And you have always shared only terrific videos!
Wow, thank you!
Great video! Just down the street on Lineville is where the C&NW used to cross over. And the first location you were is where that track would have merged (now a trail).
Great video! The way the locomotives shake, rattle and roll it's a wonder the train crew doesn't get motion sickness.
Great video bud! 1221 is by far the better loco comin' oudda that yard!
Cool to see that CN in my old stomping grounds. Howard has sure changed since I moved away in 1988.
Thanks for all the running around, to get the shots.
No problem 👍
Rare to see ELS running that fast!
What a great video! I'm glad you took the trip for us that can't be there....!

Every year since the LP shortage a few years ago the have been stockpiling LP tankers here in the fall for the Crivitz LP load out facilities
Fried chicken? Let's EAT! LoL

Enjoy your coffee; the action is just about 2 steps above 100 JB Hunt containers ...
LPG must be popular. need lots, winter is coming!
A lot of year round homes/farms north of Green Bay use LP for heating. Lakes Gas is in Crivitz and is one of may distributors across the region.
Fancy countdown
I Had Tears 😢in my Eyes when Shoestring was Found Dead ( A Sad Week.) inthat lake near his home How Tuf for his Wife n Family !?
Wonder if you can get motion sick riding on track like that?
Well Done Jason for talking about Hobo pity ye never met
@3:50 GTW! I SEE YOU!
CN puts GTW on their Boxcars for the subsidiary GTW
Just Love Non Big City Areas i.e.Rural USA❤

What ever happened to the 501/503 derailment?
Fixed and gone
I may have your commentary on it what are they switching around at the :25 mark in the video? Is it their yard or an oil depot they serve? Thank you for vid!
Their tracks, these go to Crivitz, WI
Might have been a long drive, but how often do you see a SD9 in service??
Lay on that horn !!! (~13min)
Thank you, Jason, for going down to Green Bay, Wisconsin and chasing this train as it traveled toward Crivitz, Wisconsin. I enjoyed watching the video.

Right!
Nice to see where they come from with their trains loaded/unloaded. Speaking of Hobo Shoestring, I never did hear why he passed away, does anyone know?
He wound up in the lake for some reason by his apartment and drowned.
@@rompinroger9614 Thank you for your reply, if by chance, you hear of a medical reason, please let us know. Thank you.
@ search Hobo Shoestring on RUclips, there are a bunch of videos on there. I think it happened back in August or late July.
Before that he was in the hospital. Was having medical issues.
The hospital failed him and should be sued by family.
They use that pipe for fracking
Yeah - take a break!
