The biggest reason behind 7NA sounding "unique" is because of the additional instruments from the original which only had guitar and drums. Mind you, not even a bass guitar in the original. So they had to figure how to work the other instruments in. And they did amazingly well with it. Melody does go heavy some screams as well. Enjoy! Fang4Life! RO&RH! 🤘😎🤘
It is a great tribute cover, and for a bunch of kids who's ages at the time ranged from 11 to 19 I personally thought they did a phenomenal job, Black Sabbath was one of my favourite heavy metal bands back in the day,and this was my favourite song from them unfortunately the two times I saw them play it live Ozzie was up to his regular state of intoxication which spoiled the experience for me , so I'm glad it was Liliac who reintroduced me to the song . Other tribute covers that they excel and enhance are their versions of Whitestripes SEVEN NATION ARMY and Megadeath's SYMPHONY OF DESTRUCTION both played to adnauseum here in Australia eventually turning me off them , Liliac's revival of them got me interested in both songs again . FYI the reason Liliac call their videos , Official music videos , is because of all the amateur phone videos of performances from their concerts that are terrible both in audio and visual quality that are then posted on social media , so they want to give their fangs a good well put together product . Once again, a fair and balanced rea reaction keep them coming. FANG4LIFE RORH
Liliac always does great covers, love their originals 💖 better. My favorite cover is master of puppets and I hate myself for loving you, both are perfect 🥰
Hard to judge a band doing covers, (although I thought their cover of "I hate myself for loving you" was way better than the original!!) Lol. But when I heard their original stuff like "Not afraid", "dear father" , "carousel" and especially Mars! From Cummings Georgia!! From Sam's opening solo, to Abigail's stick twirling for days & Melanie's almost trance-like state at one point.... im convinced now this is a legitimate band.
Yup, they were definitely much younger. Justin looks like he’s maybe eleven or twelve, he and Ethan definitely had stepped up their stage presence. Another commenter suggested Seven Nation Army, I agree it’s worth checking out. I always enjoy your thoughtful and insightful reviews. ❤️🦇
You see "Cover" on their page, clearly expecting Black Sabbath, which is of course true, but wouldn't it have been a fun thrown-for-a-loop if it was instead Grand Funk Railroad's Paranoid? LOL
I’ve always heard “Paranoid” was an off the cuff, last minute addition to Sabbath’s second album and it sounds like it. They have so many songs that are better than this. It’s their biggest hit, but it’s so mediocre compared to virtually every other song on their first six albums. To each their own, for sure.
If you want to hear them really do a song their way , try Seven Nation Army . They took it to another level !

Great review of this cover. Very solid job fom Liliac. Also, I appreciate your use of Abridged Vegeta; very spot on and funny.
👍 I enjoyed this. 🖖❤
