To enter your bios settings, go to settings-recovery-advanced restart. Once there go to where it says UEFI settings and enter. Your UI may look different depending on your operator or motherboard but everything should be in a similar layout. To enable secure boot, go to boot-secure boot and enable it.
I can now see Memory Integrity, however it is still set to Off (gray colour), and I am unable to Open it (can't toggle On/Off). Looks like this issue is still unsolve.
@@LotusGeek Before I Reset, I tried other remedies from Microsoft community, however I am unable to find incompatible drivers. Another method to deleting oem* drivers did not help. I tried to solve this issue for past few months but unsuccessful. I was advise by a pc retailer's technician to either; (1) Reset windows 11 (keep personal data); (2) clean reinstall windows 11 (wipe out all data on HDD or SSD); or (3) wait for next major update (which mean ignore this issue). After Reset, (1) check if Bios need update; (2) download & install drivers from motherboard manufacturer's website, eg. Realtek Audio Console, if unable to load in windows, may require driver from motherboard manufacturer.

You didn't mention how to enter BIOS menu in case Secure Boot State is OFF

I have tried all the options. Still have the error. :( I'm on a fresh installation of windows 11.

Make sure you have UEFI mode and virtualisation is enabled by entering into the bios of your Pc

Its because you have home edition of windows.
Try other methods, and if doesn’t work ll provide you a way to get it in windows home edition
