It's so brutal that somebody can feel shame for something horrible that was done to them that was completely out of their control. Keep your chin up good sir, you're bravery is inspiring
There are thousands of people carrying the shame of these monsters actions and behaviour. Well done sir for showing how it stays with us all our lives. Thank you.
Speaking as a female survivor, I’m so proud of him. It’s difficult enough to open up about abuse as a woman, but, due to societal stereotypes, it is often even tougher for men. I hope he continues healing.
I love it how Ant has 2 sides 1 of them is when he gets easily pissed off during the mission and the other Is when in the interrogation room he is very kind and focused on the other person
He understands that even though he and the rest of the staff have been through some serious shit in the line of duty, it's a different level altogether what that brave man has been through. He didnt choose it. They did.
That “coach” should rot in prison forever for the trauma and unbelievable amounts of emotional pain he put on those boys. It’s so disgusting what that guy and those other lads had to go through, especially at the young age they were. God bless that man and those other guys, I hope they find their inner peace ❤️❤️❤️
Very proud of how this was expressed and received. If I were one of the "staff" guys sitting across from him, I'd forego the silly theatrics of the hood and walk him out myself.
Same happened to me with the same man I was just never string enough to say anything. I endured 25 years of drug abuse through the abuse from that so called man. Rot in jail barry Burnell. But bean clean 2 years now and working in recovery so I have my happy ending
This clip hits me really hard due to my biological father being found out as a paedophile all the abuse and beatings made sense for the first time in 12 years it made sense but the outcome was not what I wanted and it broke me for years after and I'm still building myself back up from that and that was revealed in a courtroom in 2015 kudos to no' 14 I just want to give him a hug and say "your not alone" him speaking about his story has made massively reflect on my own story and made me feel better about talking about my own story and not feeling ashamed of it which I still do It will take a long time to unlearn that that it's not my fault and I am not to blame for the beatings and the harsh treatment I endured well done Jamie as one abuse victim to another good on ya lad keep pushing forward and keep going

Because in the military they need the best they work in harsh and hostile environments its no good sending a weak person in because they'll crumble like a cookie. Its harsh for a reason so the soldiers can mentally cope with the horrors they see and do.
Well yes and no. To join SAS you need to be officially part of any uniformed services of the British Armed Forces like Naval service the British army or RAF (Royal Air Force). So if you apply to join any of the British Armed Forces branches you will be able to join SAS. But you need to be between 18 and 32 years of age to apply and need physically fit and mentally fit to join. If you do this you will be able to join! Hope this helps!

@Jen I wouldn't say that. A lot of men have had it drilled in to them over their life, generation from generation that crying or emotions show weakness. They're not in the wrong for believing it if it's all they've ever known. Labelling them as cowards for not learning otherwise helps no one.

No shame.

The coach had already served a lengthy prison term and is now currently serving a much longer one after more victims came forward.

A lot of swearing
The moment the tears start to flow in talks with the staff you’re finished. Sad to see so many of these men bawl their eyes out.
You're implying that crying is a weakness?
