Review of Shea Moisture Shampoos

The Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo has excellent ingredients, but My scalp is oily, and this shampoo makes my scalp more oily over time; I think it is because of caster oil.

Its meant for kinky curly or coily hair. Don’t complain and get the company to change their formula so it stops working for the girlies it’s meant for

It's made your hair greasy because It's formulate for afro hair , I advise you to look at the shea moisture chart to find what products suit the most for you 🙃

Look to the bottom of your packaging for a stamp with an expiration date. If you can't find one, look for a symbol with an open jar and a letter m to indicate how long your product will last after opening. For example, 12m means your product is good for 12 months after you first open it.

Shea moisture has a low porosity line it’s really good. It’s called Low Porosity Baobab and Tea Tree.
