    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐨 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚:
    * Fresh Coconut(ताजा नारियल) - 1/2 Cup
    * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tbsp
    * Ginger, Green Chili(अदरक,हरी मिर्च) - 2 Tbsp (Fine Chopped)
    * Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - Some
    * Cashew(काजू) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 4 Tbsp
    * Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 2 Tbsp
    * Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - Some
    * Bay leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 1 piece
    * Cinnamon(दाल चीनी) - 1 inch
    * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - Some
    * Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 2
    * Black cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) - 1
    * Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Onion(प्याज) - 1
    * Potato(आलू) - 4
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - 2
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - Some
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Tsp
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Water(पानी) - As required
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐡𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞:
    * Ghee(घी) - 2-3 Tbsp
    * Onion(प्याज) - 1
    * Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 2
    * Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Cashew(काजू) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    * Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - Some
    * Raisin(किशमिश) - Some
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗼 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗷𝗶, take some Potatoes, peel them, wash them & cut them into four pieces & put them into a water bowl. Take a mixer grinder & put fresh grated Coconut, Fennel Seeds, grated Ginger, Green Chilli, Poppy Seeds, Cashew Nuts, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves & Curd. Grind well & take it out into a bowl. Then keep the cooker for heating & put some Ghee, Refined Oil, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cumin Seeds & Clove. Saute them well & then put finely chopped Onion, Tomato, Potato & some spices like Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, Salt to taste & ground Chutney. Roast for 5-6 minutes. Then put dried Fenugreek Leaves, Sugar, Ghee, Water & Coriander Leaves. Cover with lid & give it 1 whistle. Then release the pressure & sabzi will be ready,
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲, keep the pan for heating & put Ghee & roughly chopped Onion. Cook until the Onion turn golden & crispy. Then take them out on a plate. Then take cooked Rice & sprinkle some roasted Onion, Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗸𝗮, in the same pan, put Cumin Seeds, green cardamon, Green Chilli, Cashew Nuts & Raisins. Saute all well & put the Tadka in the cooked Rice. Serve the tasty Aloo Korma Sabji With Brown Onion Rice, Fried Green Chilli & Green Salad.
