One thing to point out, that I didn't realise was the case, looking at the back of the box, these guys should fit on conventional LEGO train track pieces. Interesting that this company went that route, but it does mean that one can make some elaborate train rail systems for these guys

Lol, “夜光号” is the chinese translation for Getsuei, and the word “夜光” actually means 'night light' in chinese, which is a little similar to 'Dark Knight' XD
btw as you can see the word “暗夜” on the box means 'dark night'

If you transform the legs but leave the arms folded up and not moved to where the head was, he could become the master of T-posing.

I always thought it was funny to think about what it would be like to be a robot with one pointy foot and one flat foot and how hard it might be to walk
I noticed that neither Getsuei or Yukikaze have heels in their foot mode. I wonder if it'll affect the combined form's stability and how poseable it'll be...
I think that's what the large guns on the sides of the feet are for. I could be very wrong but it's just my best guess at things.

I'm loving these guys. Definitely will be one of your biggest combiners ever. But he'll STILL be shorter than Metroplex. And you KNOW people will ask for THAT comparison. My question is: will he be as tall or taller than Toy World's CONSTRUCTOR (Devastator)? THAT should be the main comparison.
Very cool. I have the g1 version & I love these guys. In Japan they are sort of devastators enemy. Curious to see how these look next to Hasbro verson

Nice Review. These guys are really big!! I'm sure their combined form is the same size as titan class Devastator. Can't wait to see the rest of them.
Their combined mode is going to be even bigger than Titan Class Devastator. These are scaled to the Toyworld & Zeta Toys masterpiece styled combiners.
@@cadsux So the combined mode will be as tall as TT Fort Max and Metroplex?!! I didn't know they made combiners that big!! I've been mostly collecting mainline stuff. This is my first venture into the third-party stuff as far as combiners are concerned.

Just got mine in a few days ago and when I was transforming it the double hinge on the right leg just didn't have a retaining pin. Spent about 30 minutes trying to finagle a bent paper clip in there as a replacement. Finally got it, but still pretty annoying. Otherwise, I love this guy.

i saw the two first moon studio radiatron compoment on aliexpress and the product shot show you that the apparently it is compatible with lego rail
the takara version that is twice the price have a piece o rail in the box
my copy needed a bit more QC right side head antenna is floppy loose and the upper arm panel when its slide down brings the pin out
It looks good but I really wonder why they decided to have the bottoms of the feet be painted parts. I'm sure they could've come up with a solution to protect the paint in robot mode. Also the chest details look a bit too muted for my liking. I think they would've been better off not being translucent. Looking forward to seeing this big boy combiner all together for sure.
think its safe to say we're gonna see the rest of moon studios take on the trianbots but im curios how their gonna stand up to their official mp selves well the ones that are coming out at the moment anyway. and I mean getsuei and shouki from Takara while moon studio has basically all but the final 2 out

@@rodimusunicronus2089 to each their own. I was specifically speaking about the individual bot modes. Takara's are way too kibbly and squat in my opinion. But that's definitely the beauty of having options, everyone can find something they like 😉

Has the definition of Gen 1 been expanded? Does it mean the original series now? Because I assumed anything following the 86 movie was considered Gen 2?
Gen 1 has always meant anything that existed during the original Transformers toyline which ran from 1984 to 1989, which includes anything post-movie. Gen 2 refers to the toyline/comic that was released a few years after the original toyline ended in '89 and was called Transformers: Generation 2. Though you're far from the only one to have the misconception of "G2=Post-movie".

I really enjoy Getsuei and Yukikaze so far and this guy looks so much better than the official that was just shown. I just wish the face was white and his translucent chest piece was white as well. Otherwise this thing is great.

The train bots look really good so far, and as far as dark knight is concerned, there was a missed opportunity for a Batman joke lol. I think the complexity of the transformation is nice, not too simple, but not overly complex either, especially for the size. How do you think they will compare to the takara Tomoy version?
He did a Batman like joke in the beginning of the video from the movie The Dark Knight.

I was expecting a BATMAN transformer.
Though isn't that a good thing that the dark knight is a little different then Ice land in the transformation department it be kind of boring if it was just like the first leg in the transformation department.
Optimus was really wiggly in that skit at the end. The leader of the Autobots should not be wiggling.
