He probably did! I actually saw a TB very close to his truck today without cruise control and it's straight up crazy you can spend $40k and not get basic features like that.
@@CarsMadeSimple It's weird they lumped that into a Tech package instead of Convenience. I got a Trail Boss that has cruise, it's a package with the Surround Vision cameras and pedestrian braking. I guess you have to take it with all that since the cameras provide the auto braking. This was a GREAT video, BTW. I found navigating all the GM tech/convenience packages so confusing. My truck is pretty loaded, but still didn't even have the option for stuff like wireless charging.
@@TheLostSquadron Regular cruise control is part of a Convenience package. Adaptive Cruise is part of the technology package which is where it should be as it supersedes regular cruise. The Trailboss doesn't allow for many options that the LT and Z71 can have (such as wireless charging) which is a bummer.
I knew this by watching VERY closely on the Colorado reviews....., But you and an owner of a Canyon are the ONLY people that ever say that NO COLORADO, no matter what trim/pkg/option, can you get a power passenger seat. That is a GMC Canyon ONLY. This is true even for 2024, and it looks like is going to be the same for 2025. GREAT comparison and explanations !!!!!!!!! New Subscriber, due to your thoroughness.
I recently bought the new 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71 and let me tell you is pretty cool for me! (keep in mind this is my first truck ever!) So, take my opion as an amatuer reviewer. Engine power is a 9 out 10, space is 8 out 10 ( if you are an older person like me is a 10-10), electronics 8 out 10[U can upgrade], on and off engenine option is a 7 out 10[I feel like this mode is not necessary], fuel is 8 out 10 [harder u go, faster your fuel goes too], upgradable is 9 out 10, confort is 8.5 out 10, and style 9 out 10. Upgrades I am thinking to upgrade a few things: phone charger dock, grill [metal], hitch add on, tint front line, decals [chevy decal rear, stereo subwoofer/ speakers.
@@dannelson2938 This truck is a 42k to 44k, with add on or upgrade can range to 46k. I dont regret getting mine specially how truck will go up soon...😃
Anyone still wondered some country still have land line.....go figure. That's why we drive Jeep, old school gages speedometer works just fine and reliable. American vehicle should stay AMERICAN LIKE THE OLD SCHOOL RELIABLE VEHICLE...😢 front bench sit and Steering Gear Shifter...miss it so much😢...
Andre felt that at 6:53...😂
I love that this is a thing

Sweet!
You lost me at 2wd. I'm out.

I guess that’ll be your little secret.
