God I loved that kid in those movies, you can really believe she can do that stuff, but nothing can top the fight scene to the banana splits song in the 1st movie & she even swears properly.
kickass has more heroic moments than many of the marvel and dc movies put together. hit girl is the best of the movie. You can see the forgotten Wester cinema in this film being its greatest strength
I think it was called Kickass simply because the majority of people can relate to the main hero while Hit girl is just a physical out of the ordinary beast who humiliates bad guys. Pretty sure the main message of the movie was that everyone can be a "superhero" in one way or another.
Excellent actress with real life martial arts skills. Would love to see her reprise the role. Would also be an excellent candidate for MCU as a SHIELD/SWORD agent or as Elektra or Psylock... Possibly as a another Black Widow.
