Egg is actually a very traditional ingredient on pizza, as featured on the fiorentina pizza, which is topped with egg, spinach and olives. Its actually very, very tasty, although it probably helps that the egg is cracked fresh on top and poaches in the oven.
Those cheese hamwiches have been going for donkeys years! Late 80's. They take me back to my childhood. They still taste and look the same now as they did back then.
The saddest thing is I'd take one of these over BANQUET meals. At least the portions seen in this video series make sense as per their respective food groups.

You woke up with a headache because of dehydration. Since you took in a larger amount of salt than normal, your body needs more water since the salt absorbed what you had. Just drink more water!

The salt is hard to avoid most of us are getting too much. Restaurant food too can have a lot of salt even when you think you are eating well. But it looks like you'll be losing weight this week!
That pizza looked alright to be honest, I'd try it. The hamwiches I've eaten before and they're pretty nice, they actually go well on a sandwich if you want something quick and hot for lunch.

There is also store brand foods here in america, walmart brand things, or safeway brand. I've had some of them through my life, non descriptive... and I would always go with the name brand. They were disgusting compared to the real thing. Also, we have things from Great Value, like these Iceland meals which we don't have here. Some of their foods are actually really good and sometimes high quality compared to name brands. Just depends on your point of view/what you eat on a daily basis, which for me, is rather low quality, frozen foods anyway. Though I get plenty of dairy, fruits and veggies whenever I can.

Why did you buy the pizza if the ingredients / toppings are not to your liking. You comment about salt intake - surely any diet should consider the salt content of food wherever the item is purchased ? Not sure I follow the train of thought for this series, you can eat very heathly meals from Iceland.
I suspect that the 'hangover' could be from the sodium/salt content, and dehydration. Could be other sorts of problems with the food, but that's what I suspect off hand.
The pinkness of the turkey is caused by sodium nitrite, the same thing that causes ham to be pink instead of the normal colour of pork. The same thing applies to corned beef,spam etc
@@edbadyt there's healthier options there to be choosing tho. There's plenty of frozen/tinned veg and fruit at Iceland but he's choosing the unhealthier, throw in the microwave/oven food.

You’re supposed to remove the stuffing AND Potatoes, microwave for 6 minutes then re add them for another 6 minutes. If you don’t do that and give the stuffing and spuds the full 12 minutes they go as hard as musket balls.
Meh, this looks better than what I usually eat. Frozen pizza is my usual dish, I would say that one is actually quite nice, relatively, actually has some ingredients on it.

Salt binds the water in the body. It doesn't make more water leave the body.
Cucumber,celery and apples will help your body absorb the high salt content
