When Brad says "I don't measure much"....I felt so seen. Well done Brad. can we please get an old school Brad & Claire collab at some point? it might break the internet
Yup, cuz Brad is a talented and experimentative and creative wonderful human whose true talent is bringing people together and one of Brad's hobbies is cooking. They also include travel, fishing, meeting new people, woodwork, knife craftsmanship, pottery. His favourite movie is the Home Alone series. We true Bubscribers don't mention Claire and Brad in the same breath thank you very much.
A true delight and absolutely a ledge! 💚 Also, can we all agree that the "take a screenshot" moment should be standard, if not mandatory, for all cooking videos?
This is the episode I realize this isnt his house kitchen and that he literally built a studio kitchen on his property... what a legand! Also that walk in ❤
This old Jersey girl loves this! The recipe, the video and your presentation. The book is great! I'm working my way through it. So far, I've done Sweet Tea Peach with Pecan Crumble and New York Apple with "Entenman's Crumb" Topping. Everyone loved them. Your all butter pie crust directions are excellent. It came out perfectly both times. Next is Florida Key Lime and The Jersey pork roll pie is when we go down the shore next month with family. Thank you!
I love how they were vibing just off on a tangent and the camera man’s like… uhhh so what’s happening right now? Explain it to the audience! Love it. Brad should do a podcast following the episodes to chat more casually so we can see more of the connection with the guest!
When you said you were going to put the eggs on, I thought you meant quiche-style. I’m sure it tastes great but this seems a longwinded way to make a fry-up. The pie crust will be good for actual pies. Stacey is cool
As a Bubscriber here and a Siren in my own right like CHEF Mei Yan Fong, no need to apologize. THE CHEF in this video enthralled everyone in Brad's kitchen and the camera men forgot to film and forgot to direct, because when CHEF MEI YAN FONG talks, all anyone is thinking is 'I would love it if she spoke in the language of HER PEOPLE and taught Brad how to make ASIAN food like how a TRUE ASIAN with a royal name like MEI YAN FONG of the YAN FONG Dynasty. CHEF MEI I Salute YOU and your PEOPLE. I am South Asian by Descent and my people came by boat just like yours and we are conquering the ENTIRE WORLD just like yours. To CHEF MAI!!!!!! KAMPEI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One thing I learned from this video was when brad squirted the ketchup on the side first , then on the pie. ! Genius! I hate when I squirt the bottle and all the yuck ketchup juice comes out 🤢 now let’s see if I remember to do this ! Lol
Love the video! Suggestions: I do wish the camera would cut brad’s head less often and that there would be a lot more close up takes of you guys handling the food. Specially in this video, making pie crust is really hard and it’s all about how you handle the dough. Saying this with love, Ian! 😂
It's amazing how much of an American accent she has for someone who had to get a green card. If she hadn't mentioned it, I would have thought she had grown up here.
As a geology hobbyist, people don't usually smell rocks because they don't really let off particles unless they are broken or otherwise damaged like if it is water soluble. We do, however, lick them. Licking allows people to taste if there are any compounds detectable by our human tongues like salt, & if you've ever waxed a rock or oiled some wood, you know that you can sneak a peek at what the final oiled product will look like by wetting it. Saliva lets us look at rocks better. Btw, most "crystals" are actually many many crystals. Your pyrite is not a crystal unless it is one solid cube. Your salt is probably individual crystals. Your quartz minerals are probably not crystals, your agates nearly absolutely are not. I love it when u believe they have smth abt them we don't understand yet, whether it is psychological associations & placebo effect, or the refractive (light/energy) or sonar (vibrational/kinetic energy) properties, you can believe they do that, but don't call them crystals, especially when they are not, like obsidian or tektites. ...or keep calling them crystals so the science nuts can filter out everything you say & ignore you. I personally believe that there is a little something-something going on despite my (or in accordance with my) scientific love of rocks & minerals.
Loved the collaboration but...Add this to the list of cool food I will never take the time to make. Same ingredients on rye in a panini press 10 mins. Keep it up Brad, another excellent video, food and guest as usual. Your videos fizz like the fermentation we all love to love.
brad not finding the right measuring cups and blaming his kids just made this show so real i feel like he's in MY kitchen. f**king luv it bud, dont you dare stop
Your measuring cups are with your pie weights, buried treasure waiting for you to find! I thought Stacey was smelling the mineral oil..try parchment paper instead of tin foil.🤟
Petition for Stacey's to join the Brad Leone Culinary RUclips Universe, anyone? She's so awesome! 🥺
CHEF MAI and her own people are EMPERORS and they're looking to CONQUER EMPIRES not make Allies.
she’s dope
This may be one of my favorite episodes. Both of these Granite-Huffers just seem like such fun and wonderful people to be around.
granite huffers 🤣
rock sniffers honestly
When Brad says "I don't measure much"....I felt so seen. Well done Brad. can we please get an old school Brad & Claire collab at some point? it might break the internet
I just randomly watched Claire’s bagel bites video where Brad didn’t want American cheese and so this feels like full circle
Love that episode!
Everyone makes their own bagel pizzas with the cutest little toppings.

Was there a falling out of the friendship that I am unaware of? I love his collabs... Just watched him and Ocal & Snort... Amazing. What am I missing?
Stacy seems like she would be great to hang and cook with, super chill and upbeat! Another great guest! :)
Her NAME is CHEF MEI.
@@iplaywithfoodttmohammed99 😂 this reminds me of the Lion King
You don't deserve the heat Ian! Your filming's great bud! We love you just the way you are!
Shacky and all! 😘
Ian couldn't help it. He fell in love during filming of this episode.
the timeline where brad got more beans must've been wild
Glad I took a motion sickness pill before watching the video😉😂 Absolutley love watching this show! It's entertaining and educational 😎
A true delight and absolutely a ledge! 💚
Also, can we all agree that the "take a screenshot" moment should be standard, if not mandatory, for all cooking videos?
Agreed.
SHE'S AWESOME! More team ups with Stacey please! :D
You will refer to CHEF as CHEF MEI. Not by her Anglo name.
Only 50 seconds in and I fell in love with her! Such a sweet ❤️ need to get her book!! What an incredible idea and so cool 🇺🇸 🥧 🍏
include CHEF MEI's flag next time. She only got her papers to make it legally EASIER to CONQUER AMERICA.
This is such a wholesome and great idea for a book!
Loved you two together. Great kitchen partners. Thanks . Learned great tips for managing successful pie crusts. Stay well. Make someone happy!
These two are a great team. She's the perfect personality to compliment to our boy B.
HAHAHAAAAAA. no.
I only just found your channel! I missed you on Bon Appetite so glad you have your own channel now!
SO LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
Now I’m headed to get that awesome cookbook!!! Sending loves from Alaska!!❤❤
Another banger from our boy Brad and Stacey was amazing
I love when Stacy goes OOO and then just eats another bite of chez. 😂 same.
CHEF MEI you meant to say?
Love these amazing people you continue to showcase with these series! Thanks for doing this series, Brad and Ian! ❤
I wanna hang out with her ! Also great synergy in this Collab
great dish and love the vibe. You guys rock! And both so dang cute and sassy.
Brad. Thank you ! You are one of a kind and a real joy to watch and learn from.
Great vibes we received! Thank you!
@Stacey one day we’re laughing about Brad’s noodling video. Now you’re baking pies with him at his house. Living your American dream 🤩🥧
CHEF MEI is CONQUERING America, one celebrity at a time Andrew.
“Bushel Boy and The Rock Sniffer.” The superheroes we need. 💪
I'd with Brad. More than thirty years and I can only handle American Cheese on a burger.
Loved this!!! Great book idea and you two were so much FUN to watch!!
More Stacey please!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
Rock sniffers 😂 Love this episode! She’s great!!
CHEF MEI is fully aware that she is Great.
Great collaboration and great dish. Thanks Brad. Keep up the great work!!❤️
SHES GORGEOUS ❤
Brad and Stacey have so much chemistry, I love it.
really? I do not see it.
This is the episode I realize this isnt his house kitchen and that he literally built a studio kitchen on his property... what a legand! Also that walk in ❤

Learned so much about smelling rocks, great video 👍
I love how they were vibing just off on a tangent and the camera man’s like… uhhh so what’s happening right now? Explain it to the audience!
Love it.
Brad should do a podcast following the episodes to chat more casually so we can see more of the connection with the guest!
you know who else is good with baked items?
*_CLAAAAAAAAAAAAAIRE!!!_*
When you said you were going to put the eggs on, I thought you meant quiche-style. I’m sure it tastes great but this seems a longwinded way to make a fry-up. The pie crust will be good for actual pies. Stacey is cool
We are OBSESSED with you and Stacey... She is the moment.
Be Obsessed with GOD. Be a fan of Brad and CHEF MEI.
Good chemistry!! Bring Stacey back as a regular!!
Only saw the first 15 seconds and I know this is already going to be a banger of an episode.
Youz guys have great chemistry! Maybe a spinoff series wherein y’all make all the pies from the book?? Do Oregon!!
You can make any apple pie recipe using zucchini! It tastes so good and helps use up some zucchini when you have tons of it!
The hold music while slicing the meat was triggering lol
I'd love a collab with Kenji. Your comment on the chickens made me think a fox got in the henhouse...or it was stewin' season.
Stacy is so fun!! Y’all make a great collab! Def invite her back❤❤❤ loved this video 😊 oh and you’re great too brad and Ian 😅
'stacy' is fun' but CHEF MEI is a DRAGONNNNNN. It's called 'code-switching'. Google it.
Do another one! Great collaboration. Some kind of foraged wildness.
Great episode. Brad, The whites of your eyes are blushing.

The First Cut Is The Deepest was written and performed (originally) by Cat Stevens!!! We! Love! Cat!!!
What a lovely episode!
Omg i'm dying over here. "whoop...Whoop! .... WHooOPP! That made me nervous!"
One thing I learned from this video was when brad squirted the ketchup on the side first , then on the pie. ! Genius! I hate when I squirt the bottle and all the yuck ketchup juice comes out 🤢 now let’s see if I remember to do this ! Lol
Stacey is awesome! Great episode
All the Australians suddenly facing flashbacks at the sound of the Centrelink music at 8:26
1:20 Hooray the best part of the episode. Must pay our due respects to the Ingredient Shrine.
Best episode yet.
I'm glad you came around to the American cheese Brad!
Oh no! Not that hold music song. That will be stuck in my head for the rest of the day! Lol Pie looks delicious!!
Love the video! Suggestions: I do wish the camera would cut brad’s head less often and that there would be a lot more close up takes of you guys handling the food. Specially in this video, making pie crust is really hard and it’s all about how you handle the dough. Saying this with love, Ian! 😂
Also more close up takes of the food!! I wanna see the texture of that baked dough 🤤
great tats ma'am!
My face when Brad said "What is docking?" 😂
Brad vibed with her bro energy and just went with it.
The enough beans exchange is 👌
what a delightful pairing. I THINK! Stacey sniffed the rock because Brad said he rubbed oil on it. She was smelling for the oil!
It's amazing how much of an American accent she has for someone who had to get a green card. If she hadn't mentioned it, I would have thought she had grown up here.
Just bought the new spat!!! Cant wait to use it and let you knoe ehat i think of it brad, gonna get the taylor ham when i get paid next week!!!
The flashback to "I'm such a lil bushel boy" 😂❤
What a great episode👏🏻 I wish Ian would be still for a freakin second… also focus the camera… Suss… af… 😂👊🏻
Brad IS my cooking style. And people are so glad someone else cooked, I can get away with some "casual" elements.
great episode
Such Kids! The first cut is the deepest is ROD STEWART!!!
love her
Original first cut is by Cat Stevens

N.J. checking in :) I'm excited to watch this!
The lovely Stacy and Brad 💯 🔥 👍
I love ketchup on my eggs, but I just can’t do ketchup and pork roll, I usually go Cholula.
We need to know what happened to the flock! But also, this pie is *fire*.
“I have ball bearings too” ahhhh we know where he snatched those from!😂
omg im in love with stacey 😍
Stacey is the perfect foil for Brad!
Loved the collaboration but...Add this to the list of cool food I will never take the time to make. Same ingredients on rye in a panini press 10 mins.
Keep it up Brad, another excellent video, food and guest as usual. Your videos fizz like the fermentation we all love to love.
EXCELLENT!
Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam not Cheryl Crow! ahaha that pie looks mighty fine.
The first cut is the deepest: Rod Stewart, I believe ✌️🎶🤘
Doing my man Cat Stevens dirty.
He wrote it, but the P.P. Arnold version came out earlier and it's an absolute banger.
gyat damn that pie looks so good
I like Stacy! She’s great!
More Stacy please
i need to try fried pork roll...
brad not finding the right measuring cups and blaming his kids just made this show so real i feel like he's in MY kitchen. f**king luv it bud, dont you dare stop
Men again, never taking responsibility for their own fuck-ups.
Hens make different colored eggs based on what they eat, not always due to breed
“First cut is the deepest” is an original Cat Steven’s tune!
Brad, as a vegan from New Jersey, we know about pork roll.
Okay ya gotta beat some eggs together and fill it. Make like a breakfast quiche
Stacy, don’t feel bad about smelling the rock, I smell everything. Weirdos unite!!!
top 3 guest chem w/ B rad
okay but the bird of prey claw in the salt got me a little 😅
Your measuring cups are with your pie weights, buried treasure waiting for you to find! I thought Stacey was smelling the mineral oil..try parchment paper instead of tin foil.🤟
More Stacey!!!
I find this something that I’m about to turn off… but can’t! Make art… and food when you’re hungry!
