Anne Boleyn came first and her execution made it "acceptable" for Henry to execute Katherine Howard later on. Also, Boleyn was the reason the Church of England became a thing in the first place and the fact that he had her killed after starting a whole new religion to marry her was ridiculous. He isn't really a historical figure though, is he? Given that Romans were meticulous record-keepers, they didn't mention executing him. In fact, there are no contemporaneous records of him existing. The earliest is from Flavius Josephus, nearly 100 years after he supposedly existed, so not even credible.

The executioner missed her neck and the axe landed on her head then he hit again but he managed to only partially cut the neck off it was so bloody that the spectators were screaming at the executioner at last he sawed off her neck and the execution was finally over

Fawkes may have been the remembered man from the plot, despite the fact he had nothing to do with the organisation of the plot. He was essentially a pawn in the plan. I'm atheist. I don't deny the fact that there had to have been a man named Jesus that was a carpenter and was a very kind and generous man. I also think he had beliefs people didn't like and became too powerful and refused to bend to the powers that be so he was killed in an horrific way for it. As for him having these abilities to rise from the grave and cure disease, they may be explained in other ways, logical ways that do not mean he is the son of God. There is strong evidence that Jesus is actually just a metaphor for the sun (starting with the Pagans) that has been distorted over the centuries. My problem with religion has never been about people's person beliefs regarding their own existence. My problem is the indoctrination of people, to the point that many follow orders from religious leaders without any doubts, they are more willing to believe that the future of our planet and of our species rests in the hand of some magical sky being and not in our own. I also HATE how so many religions fully encourage discrimination, that "infidels" or "sodomites" or "sinners" should be considered somehow lesser than themselves. In theory, religion is supposed to be about peace and community. In practice, it empowers those who are too blind or stupid to see reason and yet believe they hold some kind of ultimate truth, no matter how ridiculous that "truth" is. The empowerment of irrational people is dangerous, simply because they are much more likely to make decisions based on beliefs and superstition over facts.

No, he was not an historical real person. He is a religious legend. Historians agreed about this. He was made up by the Roman empire in order to controll the jewis people in the middle east.
His life is based on the life of another god, Mithras. There were about 16 gods with the same life story as Jesus. Some of the most christian churches in Rome were built on top of the Mithras temples, and if you were able to go way down into the depths, you would see altars below for Mithras. Christians, as far as my research goes, just used these same life stories to make their own god, Jesus. There is no historical proof for his existence, unless you believe the bible is historical fact, dictated by a god himself, which I do not.

Anne Boleyn came first and her execution made it "acceptable" for Henry to execute Katherine Howard later on. Also, Boleyn was the reason the Church of England became a thing in the first place and the fact that he had her killed after starting a whole new religion to marry her was ridiculous. I'm not ashamed to admit that the execution of Ann Boleyn in the series "The Tudors" brought tears to my eyes. That was a beautifully made scene .... and a very sad one. On top of that, Natalie Dorner is one of my favorite actresses, and from what I know about the historical figure of Ann Boleyn... I like her. I like the English Reformation and her contributions to it. That trifecta was too much for my masculinity to bare.
I saw a RUclips video comparing 3 or 4 versions of who played her and it’s fascinating to know how much research Natalie did to make that seen as historically accurate as possible.

I'm atheist. I don't deny the fact that there had to have been a man named Jesus that was a carpenter and was a very kind and generous man. I also think he had beliefs people didn't like and became too powerful and refused to bend to the powers that be so he was killed in an horrific way for it. As for him having these abilities to rise from the grave and cure disease, they may be explained in other ways, logical ways that do not mean he is the son of God. I tend to believe in logical explanation more than the other one. Just my opinion though. Far be it for me to discourage others from their faiths. My problem with religion has never been about people's person beliefs regarding their own existence. My problem is the indoctrination of people, to the point that many follow orders from religious leaders without any doubts, they are more willing to believe that the future of our planet and of our species rests in the hand of some magical sky being and not in our own. I also HATE how so many religions fully encourage discrimination, that "infidels" or "sodomites" or "sinners" should be considered somehow lesser than themselves.
In theory, religion is supposed to be about peace and community. In practice, it empowers those who are too blind or stupid to see reason and yet believe they hold some kind of ultimate truth, no matter how ridiculous that "truth" is. The empowerment of irrational people is dangerous, simply because they are much more likely to make decisions based on beliefs and superstition over facts.
