Up until 5:21 your instructions worked perfectly. However when I ran your command; ./balenaEtcher-1.7.9-ia32.AppImage I got; bash: ./balenaEtcher-1.7.9-ia32.AppImage: cannot execute: required file not found. My file is still in the downloads folder. I'm a beginner and I had someone install debian xfce OS. Thank you for the video.

When you run the command, you have to navigate to the folder where the file is downloaded to, just do the cd command to navigate to it
zsh: exec format error: ./balenaEtcher-1.18.11-x64.AppImage???????
Did you make sure it is executable? chmod +x balena....

You could move it to a directory like
/usr/local/bin and change the name to balena or something short and then run it by just typing balena
