Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh - Развлечения
It's just not the same without crazy old ladies throwing stuff at you!
😄
Boring??? Holy cow, I’d probably have a stroke on one you consider exciting.
Awesome job as usual, you’re the best for sure.
This time I gasped, held my breath and sighed with relief! Great job!
No matter the challenges, you always find a way to get your shed. A little drama on this one. Fortunately not a screaming, unhinged person, just miscommunication, narrow roads, uneven ground and … that toilet that keeps showing up for a touch of whatever a toilet in the yard says about people.
Your wife’s fine camera work and comments are always appreciated.
We were in "Amish Country" up near Berlin Ohio a week ago. I asked my brother where does Amish country begin and end he said it begins when you see nice farms instead of yards with crappy trailers with toilets and junk around him. He was right!!!! There are sure lots of hills and curves to work through around there, it's always amazing how easy you make things look.
I worked for a Communications Company for 35+ years and we were just as guilty as the rest of the world with poor communication with customers, etc. 🤪👎
Lol "HOLLEY MOLLIE😱. Smooshed the snot out of that wheel"😂🤣👍👏👏
Wow! Lots of those blue sheds lately...hard to miss ‘em.
One of Travis Tritt's hits!! One of my favorites!!!!! "Here's a quarter, call someone who cares". ❤️❤️❤️
Love you talking in front of the flag. I imagine you are glad that shed is picked up and you will be dropping it off. God bless you from Michigan ❤️
Loved the bonus footage at the end! And of course, gotta have the toilet...
Thanks . Yes a toilet is a great thing to have if it’s in the right place 😂
Good job again😁
Right on, I love when your wife goes along for the ride not only to both of you play off one another really well with her on the video last longer LOL. This is the first time in all the videos that I have watched that I felt that you put yourself in danger crawling that far under that 28 ft long shed. That's why they call them accidents all it takes is one brief moment
Word of advice ALWAYS HAVE AN EXTRA SET OF THOSE TROLLY WHEELS 👍🏼😏You never know when you’ll pop a tire or something
That's scary stuff when you get under those sheds
You have skills. All that equipment is great, but you really know how to make it all work successfully. Another great job. So glad you know when your wife is there, who is the boss. You are such a great team.
I bought one that still had the toilet in it. And it was full when they loaded it on the truck. Yeah, I had to remove some flooring but at repo prices, I can't complain.
"mushed the snot out of that wheel" hahaha!! Good observation. Good recovery.
Great to have the boss along for another great video. tks
My mother refers to those toilets as "Yard Art" or "Flower Planters".
That is by far the sketchiest repo I've seen you do. You da man!
Watching you use the tractor jack to lift the building to move the wheel, that's the operation that could squish you. I bent my tractor jack a few years ago, I was lifting a 1956 Chevy truck with dually's on the rear, it was up close to a fence, and I needed room to work on the tires (was parked so long the brakes locked up), so I jacked it up as far as it would go, and then pushed it over. That worked but the jack had a bad bend in it. The "I" cross section of that jack is not as tough as it looks. I put it in my hydraulic press, and it's straight enough to keep using. Just be careful with them.
Yes, that was a close call... but I knew you had it under control... love your videos keep up the great work...
You had my heart in a flutter with this one. I love the music in this video. I'm glad the camera on the rear didn't fall off during the ride back, great scenes, maybe it could be a feature when you work together again. Great job Josh and the Boss.
Another good job well done! see u all on the next 1. Keith
@0:15 I was thinking, OH NO RUN AWAY SHED!!! I didn't realize the video was sped up at first😆😆😆
Another scary one. Nice to have the boss along to get different camera angles. Did Sarah have to take some kind of course to be the pilot truck? Nice job blocking the traffic. Ya make a good team.
A shout out to Travis Tritt. Now send me that quarter! Just finished watching. I really thought you'd play Travis at the end.
Scared the crap out of me when you went under the shed. Thank God your wife is with you.
Great videos, awesome job, and fantastic music. Keep them coming! 🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You do such a good job moving those sheds.I often worry about you this day and age. Keep up your faith in our Heavenly Father. God bless you from Michigan ❤️
The rental company should ask the applicant if they have any toilets in their yard. I think there’s a correlation between toilets and yards and repossessions.
Got the call that they wanted it back and had to back all the way through town and up that dirt road! Good job! ;-)
Not boring for sure, keep me on the edge of my seat hoping it doesn't flip over.🤣🤐
Thanks I thought too it was gonna flip over for a minute but thank God it didn’t 😊

@@ShedHappens You give credit where credit is due, "Thank Our Lord for His protection"
I know where this was . I live in athens county. Yery cool to see you get all over the state of Ohio. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Hello from the Netherlands .
thanks for the video .
Sincerely, Hollandduck
Good job my friend. Perfection shows. I get a kick out your wife's comments about the toilets you always seem to encounter. "sit down and let er rip" Gotta love it. I'm in Mesa Az. Snow birds are arriving here for the winter meaning visitor's from states that have harsh winters that enjoy our 70 degree average winter temps. This past week we saw a building similar to the one here except it had more of natural wood appearance being lifted by crane over a 6 foot block wall in to a back yard. It arrived on a flatbed similar to yours. They picked it right off the trailer using long 3 inch straps. Only took a few minutes once they got it rigged up. Have you ever had a delivery that required the building to be lifted and dropped in to place via crane? Cranes run about $200 an hour so the entire process was not that expensive saving them having to demolish a block wall that would surely cost 10K to rebuild. Keep up the good work. Thanks
Good question
Josh, from what I've seen you have a right to vent! You put up with a lot of stuff showing your patience. You go above and beyond what I believe you should have to! May God continue to bless you and your family!
Great truck skills 👏🏻👏🏻
Here's a quarter, call someone who cares don't even pertain anymore lol. Not many pay phones, plus they raised them past a quarter before most were taken down lol. But I do know country music...Good Ole Travis Tritt. That gave me a giggle lol
I worked on the old black ones that where 5 cents 10 cents 25 cents that rang the bell to let the operator know when you added money .
@@armstronggeorge1533 We always whacked it on the side as the nickel dropped hoping to get it to register twice. Never did.
I chuckled at the “here’s a quarter call somebody who cares”, I’m of the pay phone generation with the black rotary dial phones. In the 50’s it was a dime!
@@janetyurkin822 "It's your dime" When people did not get straight to the point when they called.
Who's the idiot now 😆😆😆 always good to poke fun at yourself. Hi Sarah
Hi Wendy .
The Mrs!!
Josh, I'm always amazed by your expert talent of getting a shed to move where you want it. Wonderful shed removal as always.

Oh😮😮😮😮😮 my lord my heart stopped ❤you sliding an the trailer tilting
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽thank god you are ok
You and your wife make a awesome team thank you for sharing this video you could have been hurt
Thank you so much !
I'm glad you're okay hi to wife
Geez, I thought that building was gonna roll off that hill, you’re a miracle worker
Good thing it was not 40’ long. It would have been even more difficult. Nice work.
Go for it. Hello pretty lady....
Change his name to "john boy"
Lol I might have to do that 😆
Mrs shed happens!
That one was tricky! At first I thought you were going to bring it "DOWN THE MOUNTAIN", but no.
Those cameras are very deceptive re: angles.
Thanks guys!
You’re welcome thanks for watching!
Good job.
Great video again and awesome music, would love to visit some of these small towns, possibly some great antique shops/ stores.👍👍👍
A new channel to binge watch 👍🇺🇲
Top up the motor oil in the Mule, it coughed a bunch out going up the hill, it seems. Excellent video, thanks for sharing.
It looked simple but become a little toilet tough. Hairy, when the jack fell over to the side. That building is a lot bigger than you , just get out of the way and let it rip. You could have gotten hurt. Glad that you didn't. Stay safe, the both of you. I'm glad your wife is with you now. Maybe people will be a little not much but a little better with her with you
That’s a Modern Johnny on the Crapper.🚽 The White Porcelain Bus. They sure beat those ugly Turquoise colored structures with the door on them. 😬👍
Man driving through those small towns is challenging. Today episode is Slip Sliding Away.👍😬
You have more faith in that mule than I have in my entire life.
That was kinda scary 😮 but you always get your shed! 👍🏼
Hi, y'all! I just wanted to say hello to the both of you and as always...loving the videos! Take care and bless y’all!
You are a awesome camera lady ❤
can't even imagine the Signs, mail Box's, and overhead wires you have encountered and or clipped over the years.. by no fault of your own but because there's no other way..
That's the way i felt about all the different colors of paint that wound up on my bumper from time to time.
You make everything look so easy, have you ever wondered how many miles you put on in a day or how many steps?
You're right about seeing a lot of poor dogs all starving etc. I really hope you call the humane society, I know you're busy but some of the dogs you've shown I just want to adopt. If you don't please think about it and save a few lives.
You’re NO idiot Josh and I’m certain your Boss Lady wife Loves you just the way you are. 😬👍
No he’s not
And yes I do ❤️
Mrs shed happens.
Awespiring! Love all your videos!
Sad part about the toilet thing is, most of them have been used!
😁😂
14:03 The Boss Lady didn't say the S word did she? 🙂 Although it was a hairy moment...
Smooth moves exlax
This channel is 🥇🏆🥇. thanks
Great video
Thank you!!
OMG! I was screaming at my phone, look out, look out! I've had 3 heart attack, 4 strokes and a brain aneurysm just watching this!
😁😄😃😃
Marie--911!!!!!
I've seen plenty of backwoods Ohio and can testify to the toilet phenomenon
Another outstanding job. You should be a trainer. Although you won’t make as much as a trainer. Love watching the stuff you do.
Great video bud
Do you have a contingency clause in your contracts with these rent to own companies? For instance if you give them a price to repo/move a specific sized building and that building exceeds the size represented that there is an extra charge in accordance with the increase in size? An example may be that if they say it's a 40' structure and it's actually 48' that's a 20% increase and the price would be adjusted accordingly is the point I'm making. I'm assuming that mileage comes into play in these moves as well? Love your videos!
Great question ☺️
Yes great question have you got a great answer. Or do you believe like I used to when I was in business to keep it simple otherwise the game of Tit for Tat ends up being played or is it better to take every problem as it comes up?
Boss!!! You so need to get you hubby to buy some kind of tool to pull wheels 🛞 off an out!
He is really taking a huge chance 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽lord forbid one trip a one kick ????
I surely don’t want to even think about that
Pucker factor of 8 😳😳
I hear u talking of an Amish back ground well we are Amish. Love to get to know u better. We enjoy watching ur show an when u get into some tight spots but u manage to getem out. Love ur shows ok carry on.
You both make great videos. I watch everyone, thanks for sharing.
That’s was right in my home town. On waterworks hill rd.
I really like it at the end of the video
thank the Lord you didnt fall or should I say it did not fall on YOU
That’s surely a bad route to take it out
In today's time it is very common to here the words "Why don't you just buy one of those pre made storage sheds to live in🤷? Some of them are really nice🙂. I hear they even finance them🤗". Words coming from people who haven't even checked on any information about these sheds 🙄. The words just automatically come out when you know a person who needs a "simple" home.
When he went uphill oil flooded valve seals must be getting worn common
They made the call .
Most places round here they'd have shot at your pretty little butts before you even got to the building, and/or a pit bull would have greeted you by now with mirth on its face and pure love in its heart. LOL Stay safe ya all.
Like the videos but the music is a lot higher volume than your dialogue. Since I watch at night a lot when others are sleeping I don't always get the volume down in time. Keep up the good worh though.
Hello again
Music is great. Who is responsible?
Thanks I loved the music too Josh is responsible for it !
Sarah!
Holy Crap!
maybe if you had 2 sets of wheels, to have a set in the middle and a set on the outer edge
Wow ok I'm just seeing 👀 this an man what are you doing I mean in a good way that was the best I've seen I held my breath so long got light headed forgot to exhale 😅 but way was that boring man I'm trying hard to get up to speed with your videos so I'm still watching everytime I see one come up I click on for sure thxs you guys be careful out their
If it rolled over I don't think you would need that toilet anymore! Why do I get ads in the middle of the video when I pay extra to not get them?
☺️☺️
Very hard challenge but made easier with a good since of humor.
It doesn't have to roll over, I'll settle for wedged between 2 trees...
Just me again. I was wondering if you could let me know about moving my shed. See previous comment.
Too bad you don’t have two mules … You could put one on each end and run them tandem
I was wondering why you didn’t back your trailer up to it while it was still in the driveway?
Why is there a toilet and a dog on a chain
Josh, you mentioned at the beginning that you showed up to get a shed that turned out to be 48 feet long when you were told it was slightly shorter so what happens then? I ask because, correct me if I'm wrong, isn't your trailer only 44 feet? Can you haul a shed that is longer than that?
I may have the numbers wrong and if so would you share how long your trailer is and if you can haul sheds that are longer than your trailer? Many thanks! I enjoy your videos and always like seeing your wife, Sarah too. God bless! 😊🙏🏻🌻
Great question
yes my trailer is 44’ I can haul up to 50’ I just let it hang over the tail .
Thanks for watching!!
