I love how you are unapologetically speaking your truth. Consistent genuine content. I know everyone won’t agree with what you have to say but don’t let that stop you !!

I've been doing my natural hair for 10 years now, I was 15/16 years old when I started doing it. I've noticed it's harder and harder to find people with my hair type, but I've never let anyone deter me from wearing I wear it to interviews, special occasions on vacations all of it. I think the attitude needs to change as well so many people see it as a chore something they hide away under braids and wigs and say they are protecting it. When a lot of these protective styles are breaking or neglecting their hair. One thing about Ice Spice that I liked was her wearing her natural hair, I remember a lot of people making fun of her hair and praising her when she wore the wigs, there is a texturism within the natural hair community but it's not the fault of those people that have those hair types that people find them more desirable.

I totally get where your coming from! I agree we definitely have to change how we view natural hair and be more loving and accepting of it. Ice spice curls are amazing and so beautiful to see ! Thanks for your comment lovely !

Great video! I current bank natural for the 2x. I must admit I was clueless and felt bad early on thinking a product that worked for someone else would work for me… not so when their hair texture/density was not the same as mine which I have a mixture of type 4 and a small portion of 3c. Now I appreciate what I have and commit my time to know my hair. I respect my hair 😊

4c hair advice, bind it, pull back pony tail, twist or braids. A short cut is cute if you have the face. Bottom line 4 C hair will shrink & needs to be in a bind hairstyle if natural. My favorite was my own locs but since I cut them, I will add fake ones. Whatever makes you feel attracted, do it. The only person you need to please is yourself.

I don't understand this new trend of wigs and fake hair. Never worn it. Been natural 25 yrs.

I disagree - I think there’s a lot of info out there about 4c hair. The issue is, those RUclipsrs don’t get support on their channels bc the women don’t want to see it. Those RUclipsrs don’t get the brand deals or clout bc they factually represent real black hair and what it can do
Us as women gotta stop putting the blame on others for not uplifting us, when we go out of our way to promote very specific kinds of BW. That’s what I’ve noticed anyway. BW want everyone to do the work FOR us, when the data doesn’t lie. We really do prefer the 3B/3A girls and show love to them more. Especially if they’re fair skinned and married…it’s like we want to be them sometimes idk

Oh we are on the same page hun, but I always remember that black hair historically comes in different curl patterns. Imo we need to show love towards all of our crowns not pick and choose who we want to support; similar to what I said about ice spice compared to a darker skinned woman with kinky hair. Thank you for this comment love !
