There is a certain count of sub-vortices in this cluster of dust devils. Compare the similarities between this dust devil and the ground vortices of the tornado in the RUclips video "Insane! Drone flies 360 around tornado from a few feet away, Baytown, Tx Tropical Storm Imelda" starting from time 2:25 into it.

I rode through one about 100’ tall and 40’ wide in Pomeroy on Friday afternoon. Not very strong winds though, maybe 25-30mph around 60’ from the edge.
