Making a Stew in the Instant Pot Duo + Air Fryer

Hi Guys,
In this video I will be introducing you to the features of the Instant Pot Dup + Air Fryer. If you already have one, and wish to jump to the section where I make the stew, please check out the time slots below.
Stew
Stewing Beef, I used about 1 lb
1 onion
3 carrots
6 small potatoes
Beef bouillon with red wine (use the bouillon of your choice)
2 sachets of beef OXO
1 tablespoon of Bovril
Time Stamp 7:40

I think the wire stand is mainly for the instant pot. You can use it for pot in pot cooking. Your stew looks delightful. I am going to try it. Not sure how to do a smiley face but I watched to the end.

Some constructive criticism:-
09:14 you've let the meat juices solidify - and burn (09:24) onto the bottom of the pot - no wonder you couldn't deglaze it later. Turn the heat off when removing the meat. You NEED to deglaze it much, much earlier - BEFORE adding the onions. Additionally, DON'T use the tongs to deglaze, lol - use a plastic spatula.
