Chicken Shyafaley | Stuffed and Fried | Sikkim Style | Snack | Meal

- Shyafale or Shafale or Shaphale is originally a Tibetan dish that is also made a lot in Sikkim. This is the Sikkim version of Shyafaley.
Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients:
For Stuffing:
Chicken - 500g
Onion - 2/ 200g
Ginger - 2-inch/ 20g
Green Chillies - 8/ 17g
Spring Onion - 100g
Szechuan Pepper Corn/ Black Pepper Corn - 1 tsp Crushed
Salt - 2 tsp
MSG - 1/4 tsp
Oili - 4 tbsp
For Dough:
All Purpose Flour - 500g
Water - 300ml
Salt - 1 tsp
For Frying:
Oil - 1 Cup/ 250ml
