- Anand Center near Mithibai college serves these overloaded sandwich. It is a three layered sandwich in which first layer has boiled potato and onions, the sencond layer has some finely sliced tomatoes, along with chopped capsicum and grated cheese. and then closed with the third layer of bread.
It is roasted till brown and served with spicy green chutney and ketchup.
Add- Near Mithibai College, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I'm fascinated how quick they are in preparing the food for their customers. How I wish the skills is also applied here in the Phils. So the customers wont be tired of waiting.
I sometimes see the speed of cooking and preparing as a gimmick or not the best practice. Sometimes you want to make sure your food is of quality standard, not the quantity or how fast they can push it out.

wow, the amount of onions and tomatoes he used is unbelievable. I can't even remember the last time we had tomatoes and onions on our food coz the price of basic cooking ingredients is too expensive!

I am from north texas jane.Lets partner and open a sandwich shop and name it hubway.We will customize for non veggie meat lovers and make it halal or kosher for our select clients.Price it 4.99 anyway u want it and do homemade potato wedges to go with it and ofcourse yoghurt drink called lassi be it plain or mango flavour. What do u say? I am in Plano where its concentrated with ethnic majority.

The price at Indian restaurants and some fast food places selling Dosas are ridiculous. we can do it for $5.99 and 7.99 with drink (not soda - mango /plain lassi). wouldd be a good option from a truck.

You can see such grilled sandwiches recipe on yt. Here the person firstly applies butter and green chutney to the bread. Green chutney is made from mint and chillies mainly (you can see recipe on yt). Then boiled potatoes after that i think he puts chaat masala, there's no way that it's garam masala. After that you know what he puts.

Boiled potato slices on bread? I’m not putting it down, just wondering about that starchy combination and how they complement each other.
With all the spices, carb on carb is acceptable as a. Indian potatoes have more flavour and b the spice and other components such as tomatoes and the chutney which had many ingredients.
At least India has the most VEGAN FRIENDLY CUISINE/RECIPE/STREET FOOD in the world 😏
