Historic working glass train station in a wee village: Wymess bay

A trip to Kip Marina to visit friends, a short drive from Largs. A spot of fishing and locals who swim at the sight of a bit of sun, that water is freezing, no chance of me swimming.
I have been wanting to film Wemyss bay train station for a while. This listed building is magnificent, it is a working train station of grandeur nature for a wee village but back in those days the west coast of Scotland was a holiday destination. ‘Doon the water’ trips from Glasgow to Largs and Isle of Bute.
Please enjoy the scenic drive back from Wemyss bay to my beloved Largs.

You cannot go from Wymess Bay to Largs on a train. The train goes to Glasgow.
