    One more thing I want to add here I was taking creatine mixed protein MuscleTech , I had issue of Nausia and server after workout headache, Not sure if its because of creatine but now changed to ISOPure protein and have no issue so far. bTW good info on Protien . could also give some advise on BCAA

    I had a doubt about supplement taking ..
    1. Sir daily I have to use creatine as pre - workout after that
    I will use whey isolate as post work out and
    After completing all that . I use to take fish liver oil before sleep after my dinner .
    (Is it an correct way to take the suppliments or not . Suggest me sir ☺️
