Phillips is a Texas guy. Also insiders say Antoine will still end up at lsu. Wouldn’t be a first a LA decommited then came back later. It’s too early to dunk on Cb recruiting. Makes me think of people dunking on DT recruiting last year then we get reliford and dom at the end of the year. Patience

On another note, do you think LSU is losing out by a 100k to players? No, other schools are offering half a mill more, if not more than that, to get some of these 5 star skill players. LSU put up a rumored 2 mill to get Dante Moore from the 2023 class and he went to UCLA, Nd ultimately ended right back up at the place he wanted to go (Oregon). Ewers did the same thing with Ohio St. You have to be a complete fool to promise a kid all that money who is far out of state when he can leave the next year. When all you offer is money, not development or proven success, you will eventually lose that kid in the portal.
Plus most expect us to get the Ruston CB who will likely end up a 4 star before the season is over. Kid was close to committing to Texas before we offered.
Right now, I am only concerned about the LSU rooster for 2024 season...

True, but the overwhelming majority of players don't transfer.
It has to do with the type of players CBK recruits and signs. Name all the guys that transferred out that would be in 2 deep/ Any position.

That’s recruiting for everyone, but that’s why it’s important to recruit Louisiana as it’s easier to keep them. But you have to go get a Underwood every now and again
