Insanity is one of the many illnesses Horror Sans has so psychosis explains at a more grandiose scale of his symptoms such as hunger, losing touch of reality, severe mood swings, and insanity. I still appreciate the comment :D
Well to me insanity kind of represents all of that, regardless though I didn't think about it like that, it's interesting, really I just thought it sounded better. In any case I really do think the song fits the name and vice versa.
