I worked making countertops and designing them for 15 years. Ur table can be covered with a glass overlay so u can just wipe all liquids and food off but still have the aesthetici of the table.

I would suggest upgrading the master bath and tiling the tub/shower area to just a walk in shower. As long as you have the tub in the master and all is pleasing to the eye ( that light, the shower )you will be good for resale. You have done a wonderful job. Congratulations. I am an old Realtor, house builder and remodelers. Building a new one now, selling mine which I built 5 years ago and our cabin also, the market is too good not to.
