I recommend a furniture liquidation store in Mississauga called Creekbank furniture liquidation. My husband and I bought our furniture from there for such great prices, cheaper than Ikea, and we got really nice elegant furniture that look so luxurious. I highly recommend!
FYI - Our office is furnished with Structube furniture (I have that desk!) and it’s not the best quality.. if your chair hits the desk it’ll leave a dent/ scratch right away

You need to go back to ikea. In my experience, their kitchen ware is superior to everything i have tried - like garlic presses, can openers, all those small but important things. Unique home decor and other kitchen things like plate sets, homesense is great. Walmart for small appliances likes panini presses, electric kettles etc because its cheaper and the return policy is the best. Also walmart for things like tfal skillets. Good luck!

Go to home goods for all home decor. And you can also checkout wayfair.com as well as houzz.com I ordered a lot of my light fixtures from there. Also, since your going with a clean contemporary look, definitely get a few green plants around the house. It’ll give it a great relaxed vibe as well as adding color without it being “over stimulating with colors” Lastly, less is more 😘 a minimalistic look is so appealing (at least for me)
