No you shouldn't sleep like that. When you watch your screen your mind doesn't shut down easily. You should stop screen time atleast 1 to 2 hours before hand. It's a really bad habit. I have a kid now I get so tired I beg him to sleep so I can sleep. One should sleep before they have kids.

My inspo advice to you would be literally the same I give as a mom to children: Do nothing. Get bored. I read a lot about psychology and raising tiny humans and what Dawud actually mentioned is very true and doctors and experts say it again and again you need to get uncomfortable and that turning and moving to come down with yourself and rest. You need one day in a week minimum where you don't work and I mean NOTHING (no emails, no phone, no social media not even private, no filming). Every day you need that time too, where your routine doens't include any work. Get uncomfortable, take a break and your human nature will come up with something as soon as you tightly try to do "something". I'm not perfect I also have those times and days where I nap at evening/afternoon and stay awake at night on my phone but I know that those days I have overworked, my mind and soul and I had mistructered my priorities. I know it's not good or ideal and I try to distract myself TEMPORARY but it won't help in the long term. If not in the long run you'll exhaust yourself yourself or burn out (how many influencers/youtubers/interpreneurs/self employed people after years of going suddenly disappeared or took a months long/year(s) long break to find back to themself). Ma Sha Allah, may Allah protect and guide you, forgive and lead you and bless you both and together, amiin.
I would love if one day you show us modest nikah outfit inspirations for females and dawoud for males, it would be so fun!! And you will inspire most of us to be halal😊. Xoxo!

Taking tasks/experiments eg. going vegan for a week (just a very simple example out of hundreds).
The intro and outro are AMAZING. Ma sha Allah. It really gives personality and I like it when people, like regular humans in real life, speak and introduce themself. I wouldn`t want to go into any lecture/public event and be satisfied with a pop up video with music and a logo for an introduction. Those I literally skip untill I see a real face/voice speaking. :)
I have to agree with Dawud. Going to bed with your phone will never help you sleep good. I have a similar issue and have tried sleeping without my phone and near my phone and its two diffrent planets. I sleep much better, it does take time to adjust but basically your brain needs to understand that being in bed means sleep and not being on the phone. So i would suggest dont go to bed befor you are sleepy. Then you are sleepy put away the phone and try to sleep. This way you are conditioning your brain to connect bed with sleep.

It is much healthier to go to bed without any gadgets or books right before sleeping. It may take time to break this habit but believe me it will help you in the long run. As far as your content having 4 different jobs, try to prioritize limitations. For example, " I will start my job at this time, and end at this time, I will have my lunch break at this time. This way it's like working for someone else where you a steady schedule."
