It's entertaining for us to see people do things we would never do ourselves, for obvious reasons. In actually it's a trap because there are better opportunities out there. All I'm saying is having strict standards will always do you some good and assure longevity. It avoids things snowballing into a pile of shit. While I think it is awesome that both of yall are content and confident with your decisions, these comments saying "this is what a mature, secure relationship looks like" are so inaccurate. This idea that a partner (usually the woman if you pay close attention) is only secure in her relationship if she is cool with her man kissing other women or whatever is just annoying af. Expecting your man to be loyal and faithful doesnt immediately make you immature or insecure. Im perfectly secure in my marriage and I trust the hell out of him, but I wouldnt be okay with this. Having boundaries and normal, healthy expectations in a relationship is a good thing and does not make you the "uncool" insecure girlfriend/wife. This is not a dig at Naz and Mel, but more so the comments saying THIS is what a secure woman must do or look like.
I don’t recall us saying it’s uncool! We are just saying that we don’t think jealousy is healthy in a relationship even tho that seems to be a societal norm. The point that we tried to make across is that just because another couple has different values in their relationship doesn’t mean that it makes their love any less valid.

I love you naz because you are an amazing women but I just want to share my opinion, because opinions are welcome and should be welcomed. Its usually couples who are open to kissing other people (for tv shows, etc) and being "secure" in a relationship, in a sense that they "don't get jealous" who end up having the most problems. Marriage is supposed to be sacred between the two people but also to have a fun and healthy relationship. I don't blame the people who say they wouldn't let their man do this because its their marriage, because no one should expect a norm for your s/o to be kissing other females/males LMAO, nor is it healthy to expect that is a secure relationship. One of the wedding vows in most ceremonies is “forsake all others.” With that said, maybe the negative comments pertaining to the validity of your marriage after partaking in this show stems from this and not the lack of understanding of you two as a couple. (Just looking at it from a different view point, not saying any of the video comments are right or wrong.)
Do actors who are married and take those vows receive the same kinda criticism?
