YES! We have a member who squatted for 3 years in the house in which she lives. Cost the homeowner tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees. Judge let her buy the house at a "reasonable fee". It was clear early on that she was a hoarder of cats and leaves cat food out on her dilapidated deck which attracts even more cats and raccoons. The HOA does NOTHING but if one is late with their dues payment they will be sent a nasty letter letting them know the HOA will put a lien on their house. My advice to everyone is to never move into an HOA unless there really is no alternative housing available.

Instead of returning the dogs, the neighbors should set up traps and turn them in to the shelter. They need more coverage on this and to contact animal advocates to help!

I think the woman is question, meaning the owner is not mentally capable of handling the proper care of all the dogs. The dogs are my only concern, they need out, and into better homes. She should be banned from owning them. as well as the horses who all need to be removed and her banned from owning them. Plus heavy fines and her dogs run off her property. She is not what is best for any animal, and might be an idea if she has family to have her checked out on a 5150 hold. Animal hoarding ends up with animal abuse.

We have a rescue golden retriever that had been beaten, starved and thrown out on the street. He was so afraid of brooms, fly swatted, boards or the tone of your voice when saying no that he would lay down and pee on himself. We have had him four years now and he still hasn’t growled but will bark at the neighbors while wagging his tail and doggie dancing. He will greet people visiting doing the welcome dog dance and barking. I think the lady who had to grab up her child was embellishing by the “attack and bite” claim. Had a person been attacked and bitten animal control would have been there immediately with the police to quarantine the dog. I hope they take the dogs and are able to find them good homes. Golden retrievers are one of the best choices for families.

The HOA should be able to step in and start proceeding against her. It's funny they aren't doing anything about this, HOA's control everything on a person's property, even starting proceedings against people for weeds on their yards, surely they could do something about this! I think the woman is question, meaning the owner is not mentally capable of handling the proper care of all the dogs. The dogs are my only concern, they need out, and into better homes. She should be banned from owning them. as well as the horses who all need to be removed and her banned from owning them. Plus heavy fines and her dogs run off her property. She is not what is best for any animal, and might be an idea if she has family to have her checked out on a 5150 hold. Animal hoarding ends up with animal abuse.
It's pretty rare for a golden to be vicious let alone 6 of them.

SUE THE HOA. I used to live in The Ranch, and when I was there, this would never, ever have been tolerated. The other neighbors need to sue the HOA, and her…perhaps animal control, as well.
Seems like most HOAs would not let this happen at all, and considering this affluent neighborhood, this has to be a strict HOA. Something is going on.

See, this is what happens. When people try to do something about the owner or when the dog is aggresively trying to injure you or a love one, or in this case an innocent child and you try to defend yourself or your child by hitting the dog, people gett all butt hurt and call you an animal abuser. How can this be animal abuse if you're trying to defend yourself from a dangerous animal, when you got a dozen of them coming at you all at once? I don't see the logic in this at all. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't am I right? Either get bitten or be eaten to death and screw everything else right? Well, screw that! If someone is coming at me, human or animal, I won't go down without a fight.
I wouldn't return an animal to anyone I thought was abusing it. Animal Control needs to get investigate NOW!!

Had a guy pull a gun on me over road rage. Cop said because he did not say he was going to kill me. He did not threaten my life. In California it's a misdemeanor. Also if I wanted anything done, I would have to vote differently. This was a block away from my kids school. Had my son in the car and he also had his kids in his car. Cops didn't do a thing

We have a rescue golden retriever that had been beaten, starved and thrown out on the street. He was so afraid of brooms, fly swatted, boards or the tone of your voice when saying no that he would lay down and pee on himself. We have had him four years now and he still hasn’t growled but will bark at the neighbors while wagging his tail and doggie dancing. He will greet people visiting doing the welcome dog dance and barking. I think the lady who had to grab up her child was embellishing by the “attack and bite” claim. Had a person been attacked and bitten animal control would have been there immediately with the police to quarantine the dog. I hope they take the dogs and are able to find them good homes. Golden retrievers are one of the best choices for families.
So, how many people/pets have to be attacked or die before something is done.
This is a first for me, to see aggressive Goldens. But videos are proof. And the Horses are in bad shape. These animals need help. This lady needs help, looks like she is a hoarder. I'm sure law enforcement is very familiar with her.

Dogs are shouting, asking for help. Why owner doesn't cooperate? Why animal police doesn't ask the owner to get dogs steralised? Dogs and horses condition should be checked upon and if owner is arrogant and not cooperating then send her to mental asylum, on charges of keeping dogs and horses in unliviable condition and for showing arrogance, non cooperation and USE her property for animal care centre where abandoned, uncared for animals can be kept, steralised and taken care of whole life by employing animal lovers from all over world.
These animals must never be put to any cruel treatment by anybody as they do not know how to help themselves get free from cruel humans. Police and neighbour's must help these helpless animals live better lives.

The HOA should be able to step in and start proceeding against her. It's funny they aren't doing anything about this, HOA's control everything on a person's property, even starting proceedings against people for weeds on their yards, surely they could do something about this! The residents in that neighborhood should get a petition going and stop paying their HOA fees until the matter is handled. If everybody stood united on this, something would have to be done. Also, they can contact the SPCA or PETA because they will get involved. I actually called PETA about horrible abuse at a "hunting" dog training center and they were on it and it was dealt with. They don't play games.

Dogs start charging, and you start shooting. You can also set up large animal traps and take one dog at a time to animal control. Bear mace works great for charging dogs as well. For the horse mess, you're going to have to get the state and a brand inspector involved.
