Have you made isomalt decorations before? Are you going to try them out now? Comment below!! 👩🏼🍳 I'd also love to see your creations. Send me your finished product pictures on Instagram!
Brittnee Kay I haven’t made it before, although I’ve seen it made a lot. This definitely makes it look easier than I would’ve expected. Next time I’m gonna try :)
They turn out so good with white, teal, and light blue combined! Leave the isomalt crystals a bit more spaced and you will get some nice water bubbles!
Wow I loved this! I have always wanted to know how to make these! I think these would look so fun on some birthday cakes for my kids! I’m definitely going to try this!
It should be possible but you should grease the petal cutter first! And you’ll have to work so quick because it’ll set up pretty fast! But give it a try! It’s always fun to experiment!
So cool!! I would have never guessed that making something that looks so fancy could possibly be so easy!! I'm definitely going to give this a try. Also, I love how your shirt kind of matches the Isomalt. Cute!
So so so cool. Just subscribe and hit the bell. This actually your second video that I watched. The first one was the breakable heart. You were right so simple yet so satisfyingly fun to watch. Can't wait to try it for my partner's birthday this coming weekend. NOt sure what would be the theme yet but He loves fishing. Thank you so much for sharing.
Do you want it to be isomalt? If so what I would is cut out the shape of the horn and roll it up. You'll have to do this at a specific point where the isomalt is not still melty and not yet hardened but still flexible. Once you take it out of the oven let it cool for a bit until it gets to this stage. Quickly cut it with a knife and roll the cone. If you're not set on using isomalt you could use modeling chocolate, fondant, gum paste, or candy melts!

Love this! Would it be possible to cut the sheets with a metal petal cutter while still warm and make flowers?

Did you mixed isomalt with normal Suger ?
Nope, no sugar!
Thanks for the helpful vid. Definitely going to try this for Mother’s Day. What’s your favorite dessert that uses isomalt?
Awesome! I like to use them to decorate a napoleon dessert! You'll have to check out my video tomorrow and I'll show you! :)
