I have the first lime and blue color way and I agree that these are what the 19 should’ve been. I loved the LeBron 19 but I had two pairs and the forefoot air max bag kept popping on me. These are even better than those. I also have that color way of the LeBron 21 and, for me, they are the best shoe I’ve ever played in. The Jump 2 is amazing as well, and I really do need them for the cushioning because I am an older player as well. However, the LeBron 21 offers me all the cushioning I still need while making me feel quicker. The jump frame in the Jump 2 does the same thing, but I don’t feel as secure playing defense as I do in the LeBron, 21. The 21 has lower to the ground cushioning that is still perfect and I didn’t think that was achievable until this shoe. They are Kobe’s with the cushioning I always wish they had had. I could take either one any day but, other than maybe back-to-back-to-back days (lol) probably going with the 21s. The Jump, I will say, is maybe a more fun shoe to play in with all the bounce, but when I’m getting serious I’m probably 21. Can’t go wrong with either and I can see why you would pick one over the other for sure!
🤣🤣🤣 at 40+ yr old still ballin.. Funny my bro & i looking for comfy ball kicks to support our old ass ankles and stumbled on these!! Review definitely convinced us to buy!!!
I just subbed. I kinda have the same profile and game now in my 40s. I really love my GT Hustle's, but these really seem like what i need. Any shoe that boosts me forward on sprints 🏀
Shoes are beast! Unfortunately it seems like the asw cw runs a lot more snug than the normal cws. I need to return them for different pair but still wanna keep trying them. How have these held up compared to your Lebron 21?
I hear you. Do you think a half size up is still a good idea with this shoe? Wouldn’t wanna compromise the support since you already ride a bit higher off the floor
You will not roll ankle, super stable, however, low to the ground crossovers you will feel a little stuck in the sand so to speak, due to all the cushioning, but its worth the comfort imo. Kareem could've played 30 years in NBA if he just wore these shoes, same with Tim Duncan...
@@KingLeonidas23 also crazy that i had same thoughts, Lebron SHOULD be wearing these, would love to see Zion try them too HAHA. But I went to try LB20s again the other week, dislocated my big toe for first time ever... Popped it back into place thankfully no breaks or fractures... But I was thinking about how that would NOT have happened in the GTJ2. Careful when changing back! Forefoot gets used to all that bounce.
Most comfortable shoes I've ever bought real talk. I don't hoop just bought them for how good they feel. It's like walking on a cloud even way over any kind Air Maxes
@@KingLeonidas23 im worried im gonna roll my ankles in them like im not an ankle roller and i play in the WOW AC11’s which are pretty ankle friendly shoes but im wondering with he 2-3cm above ground and the „mid court feel” i hear about, im worried im gonna land and roll
yeah, I wonder if I am heavy enough to get everything out of them. I'm 195 pounds. but I'm also pretty fast/strong, so I think that being pretty heavy and putting a lot of force into the shoe I should be able to. The 1's were good for me. I will find out in a few days when my pair arrives.
Cushion and bounce are insane but the traction isn’t good and the tongue was digging into my shin. Also they are clunky and not good for quicker players
Shoe is a beast! So fun to play in
Just ordered these. This review helped with my decision. At 37 I need something with more cushion at times.
so what you think about them? any good?

Bro you hit it right on the mark with this
21 super comfortable
BS!!!! You have lots in the tank. Beast on the court! We need to hoop one day!!
I would love that!
Definitely not washed

You would love them, how are the Hustle’s and appreciate the sub bro!
@@KingLeonidas23 I love the GT Hustle 2. I'm 240 and I get out and run in full court and they hold up even without a shank plate.. nice bounce

I like these more then the lebron 21 , i feel like the lebron has entered into that guard shoe category with the 21

good for outdoor? what you reckon>
Mad game leo... looking like mini MJ
Midget MJ 😭
Does the height of the cushion make you feel unstable on stops? Concerned about the height. Great vid man, thanks!
Not at all. I don’t know how they do it but no stability issues

Are they comfortable? Planning to buy this shoes in the near future
Extremely

You got a crazy 8 review??
Is sizing normal size? Ordered some half a size up
How are they after some time? Hows the traction? Cushion? Court feel (heard its pretty bad apparently)? Like overall how are they
Seriously a great sneaker

Also, I play volleyball so i dont run as much as in bbal so do you think the durability will be longer?

If you're a heavier player, you'll feel the full effects of the shoe. Now I'm considering buying these
Agreed
For sure

@@theheebs100 let me know
@theheebs100 yea I just bought the all stars, can't wait to try them out
They are nice but for me a bit to heavy. But I really recommend the gt cut 3.
I will try those soon
let me find out you be ballin
I have to get me pair of these in my forty’s so I need something to help with my ankles and knees
I only got them for how comfortable they are
How are these for outdoor game?
Haven’t tried them outside.
Cushion and bounce are insane but the traction isn’t good and the tongue was digging into my shin. Also they are clunky and not good for quicker players
Traction has been A1 for me
This man ain't lying, these things are legit. I think they will get banned, they seem too good NO CAP.
What about the outsole durability?
Really good solid rubber
I’m using it on outdoor I got the EP version hope it will last@@KingLeonidas23
King Leo can actually play a little bit. I’d give you that work though! Just playing…my game is trash!🚮 😂 The shoes are cool though.
😭😭😭 I love it bruh.
Well, he is the King 👑
No defense in that gym ...
