Namaskaram Thank you for the love and support We understand the requirement of an English or Hindi subtitle in our video. As it’s a long process please allow us sometime, meanwhile please check our description box for a written recipe which is easy to understand by everyone Thank you ☺️
Very nice to see this Patti and her interest towards cooking even at this age . She resembles my chithi who is no more with us. She also keeps blessing everyone before and after her conversation . Really we are blessed to live a life with all these legendary people.
It reminded me of my mother. She too was a great cook and all her curries sadhya palakarams pickles amla kaduka mangai Iddin chakka toran Medu vadas Sweet bundhi laddoo pokavadam mixture various types of kondatam blan kesari or sheera mysore pak fully in pure ghee that used to just melt in the mouth etc etc all these stuff she used to prepare very very tastily and deliciously all single handedly till the age of 82. She was very active till her end. I miss her a lot. This mami reminded me of her. She has prepared the sambhar very well in the kalchetti ie stone vessel. It's tastes too good in stone vessel. I am from Palakkad born and brought up in Mumbai. May God bless this mami with long life and share such authentic and lovely South Indian dishes with us. But like all the non South Indians say there should be English or hindi sub titles and names and quantity of the ingredients etc so that they can also understand and prepare the dishes.
She is like my mother, this is how she was at 88 yrs until last august... although she didn't remember much, she loved to go to the kitchen and cook...miss my mother. Thanks for this nice video.
❤ Loved this recipe. My tamil is very rudimentary. But it is so beautifully demonstrated. Even though, I could not understand 70% of the conversation 😀 I followed all the steps . It is a very detailed video. Thanks to this wonderful grandmother🙏
So sweet your grand mom 😊... miss my grandmom.. the taste of their cooking is unparallel ... we dont make many recipes that they used to make. Thanks for uploading
I didnt understand a word, but the sweetness of her voice, the utmost love n care she put in every step, the magic hands of her years of experience simply made the video very warm and enjoyable. Please bring subtitles soon. Regards to ur grandma ❤
Paati, unga pithala patram rombhame nanna irukku. Unga pera magalkku venda na naan yeduthrukaren (mattu ponnu kitte kekavenda) Naana iruku unga explanation. Idu Kerala thiyyal pannra madiriye taan.
This was great video..though dint understand 90% of Grandma talking but could follow instructions ... Missed lots of tips and lessons which Grandma was giving.. we need such wisdom... Please its a request to add English subtitles to your videos .. I am new subscriber .. wishing to learn many things from her .. all the healthy cooking secrets
Hi kamu Patti really happy to see you yapa lam unga voice speech cooking lam pakurano en pathi athai tan nanachupan.....neenga recipe Koda podalana paravala yathachu time kadaikurapa paysunga love you and miss you always pattima with love 💕
Namaskaram mami.Today's recipe of arachuvita sambar was so tempting with fresh ground masala.I would definitely try it out. I made kandathippili rasam by following your old video. It came out very well. Thanks for sharing and have a lovely weekend ahead.
Mami, you remind me of my mother a lot . She was very energetic even at 84, loved to cook varieties of food, make sweets and savouries etc, She was really a very good cook, making pickles also during various seasons, kadugu mangai, Nellikkai oorugai, Mangai Tokku, Manga curry, Aha, no words to mention. Murrukku, Ribbon pokodam, and many more to mention. You remind me my Amma a lot Mami.
Vasanai ingey adikirathu Mami. Good to see fresh and energetic mami. Appreciate for cooking in kalchatti. Is it possible to share your experience and leasons learned about kalchatti...your experience of 80+ years cannot be obtained from stores..., e.g questions like., what are the things that needs to be looked upon when buying? how thick the base and sides should be? what are the different types of kalchatti? which location/district/town/village is good for kalchatti stones? some laughable experience where you failed? all other sorts of basic questions that might arise for a beginner and future generation. Perhaps mami's daughters and grand daughters might also have similar or even more questions when they wanted to start from scrach. One thing that is admirable of mami is that she narrates it very well, sometime innocently and with no inhibitions. Such people are rare to see in this earth. That quality really needs an hats off.
